The blocky shape concerns me more than metal match (I think it looks good on SSS), but yeah pretty excellent match with this S5Ti I borrowed.
Just when I thought my Fall 2022 band collection was complete. There are the Ultra bands to collect. I got the orange Alpine Loop and really love the color. I got it in size S initially and ordered a M. I find the M is easier to get on then the S. I traded the S for the Starlight & Midnight Sport Loop. Starlight & Green look pretty good as well. I ordered the yellow Ocean band already but white Ocean seems tempting as well. Will have access to a Midnight Ocean band.
The green is way nicer than you’d expect. I just need a White Ocean to go non-trail complete.
I just wish Amazon had the Ultra bands in stock. My yellow Ocean is expected to arrive sometime later during the third week of October.
My Spicy Orange is delayed by USPS should be here on Monday 10/3 shipped from Kentucky. Also I can't believe my Apricot ordered from Chargerstore is already in Southern CA. Hope to receive it sometime next week.
Yeah I see what you mean by blocky shape, thought that was a S3 at first. I think this is manageable, though.
So... good to know I can make a 49mm band match.
Ocean bands really interest me. I think I'll be needing to pick some up down the road, especially yellow. Is the design supposed to remind me of coral?
I'm sure Amazon does if you dont mind the lack of OEM-ness.
Green is definitely my favorite of the three…and orange is my favorite color lol
It’s like Slate Blue Carpet Loop, a classic cardigan sweater color makes the most sense for that band. This green feels so right for a tactical-ish nylon band.
Nice haul 👌 Is there any way to disassemble the lugs? There don‘t seem to be visible pentalobe screws.
@athousandbands has the Alpine and a SS I believe, but I don't think anyone really has trail loops yet. Those seem to be pretty rare.
Im curious to see what Apple does with the Alpine & Trail loops in the future. They feel like if the Sport Loop & Woven Nylon had a baby almost. Trail Loop especially.

Yeah, might be worth cancelling and re-placing that order, @SAMtheGAM. They seem to be shipping immediately here too.
Where do you guys get the Hermes bands? Direct from Apple or is it possible to find genuine ones on ebay or elsewhere?
I’ve gotten almost all of mine on eBay and Mercari and Poshmark. For a second I would get some from apple with a friend’s employee discount but it’s just not necessary.
$200 for a $340 is the most I’ll pay. Jumping you can get for around $130-175 if you’re patient.
I am ordering the Yellow Ocean band from Amazon which has the long lead times for shipping. My local Apple Store in Southern CA does have them in stock. Best Buy also does not have any of the Ocean bands in stock.
