I know September is coming. I know new bands will be released. But I just had to scoop up these two beautiful pastel colors. I'm crazy about pastel colors.

From far away, they almost look white with a hint of mint green, and a hint of pink- that's how light colored they are.😍🥰🥰

PS: I lost my Sand Pink sport band, so couldn't do a comparison pic of the two pinks.

I need to wear soft mint more! It’s got so much glow and is actually green unlike Seafoam and Beryl and such

Does anyone have a comparison between Tomales blue solo loop and Ocean blue solo loop? Wondering how similar they are.

Honest question for the community: Has there ever been actual evidence of an Alpine Loop’s G-hook scratching a MacBook? Not speculation, but actual photographic evidence?
I have the same issue with the Sport band with that metal post that just scrapes along the top of the MacBook Pro when you rest your hands on the laptop and type. Always just ripped the watch off until I was done. Not sure if that post or the Alpine loop G hook would actually scratch…but in any case it’s just an uncomfortable feeling and sound.

Love the Blue Alpine Loop, but not crazy about the way the clasp sits right at the bottom of my wrist (easy to scratch MacBook Pro, etc…). For reference: 8 inch wrist, and “Large” band. I’m hooked into the 10th loop from the top.

There's a lot of overlap between the sizes. You could be better off with a medium, the clasp would sit up to the side that way.

Good news for us band collectors. Rumors keep pointing to larger sizes and screens coming, along with a thinner watch, those are features which I’m not after. I’m happy with display size and thickness of current 45mm series 9.

I’m failing to see how current 41mm owners who find the 45mm too big won’t be super pissed with the size increases.

Wasn’t the whole usp of the Apple Watch is that only Apple and the chops and the concern to make a small smartwatch that didn’t scream “computer”?

I wear all three sizes (41/45/49) so it affects me less, but I still don’t like how they’re clustering to a single “big” option group. Plus Hermes bands and modern buckles are going to seem even more narrow.

So it seems like Apple shelved the new magnetic connector and the S10 will keep the classic spring-loaded buttons?

Maybe Gurman will address it before 9/10

He never mentioned it after the initial reporting, and if all bands stay compatible, he never will again, acting like it's never happened. My best guess, for now, we are good for another year, at least.

I still don't get how the community accepts somebody making a living out of trading a company's secrets and destroying the work of thousands of people. No offence, I am curious too, and I agree some information is awesome to know, but mostly they only take away all the fun from enjoying a product. But this is not the right place to discuss it. /rant over
