I’ve had every watch since the original besides the Series 3. Only reason I didn’t buy it was because of the red crown. I hate the color red (I know it’s weird) the crown is much better now, but really wish they get rid of the red all together.

My bands finally arrived! I love them both. I also compared the Neon Pink Sport Loop with the Hot Pink Sport Loop and they are actually different shades.

Does anyone have a peacock and cape cod leather loop and could take comparison photos? I bought a cape cod leather loop on eBay but I didn't read closely and missed that it's large and it's way too big for my wrist. I love the color, but I guess I'll have to sell it. I've had an eBay alert for the cape cod leather loop for a while but I haven't seen any OEM medium ones.
Possibly of interest to this group: the latest watchOS added additional choices to the available colors for watch faces, including Surf Blue and Cactus (didn't look much beyond those). I tend to run the California face with the primary color sync'd to the band.
It’s also got a colour that isn’t in the new bands that I haven’t seen before - Coastal Grey
I wondered about that too - I assumed I must have just overlooked it before.
I’m also in the “don’t really notice it” camp (I only got one in December when LTE was supported here), but it does stand out more in the photos of the SBSS you commented on than it seems to with my silver SS.

It sounds like it looks like the way Pine Green looked on the box and in the display case in the store.
Here they are together, but with indoor lighting unfortunately as it’s dark here, but you can see they’re fairly different shades to each other (Pine is on the left, Cactus on the right).

I actually think Cactus is more a blue with a hint of green than green with a hint of blue.
It’s throwing down rain here, but if it brightens up later I might get some blues out and take some pics comparing with them rather than the greens. There’s not a lot else to do on a Sunday in lockdown.

Cactus looks really good. Does anyone have one paired with a SBSS? Does anyone have a comparison between Cactus and the Celestial Teal Nike Sport Band? I have the Celestial Teal already, I like Cactus but want to make sure it’s not too similar before I buy it.

I have two series 3, with the small additional expense of watchdot stickers to redeem their crowns! Series 3 is still a great choice to save money, especially on used/discontinued stainless steel and ceramic editions. I appreciate how the ceramic case extends further around the back than with new sensor series 5 too.
yes the changes to the ceramic construction this year is ultimately what pushed me to the titanium instead. The ceramic s5 just doesn't have quite the same artisanal feel to me as the earlier models.

Fab thanks! Lucky for me here UK still have that blue one. I didn't have Apple Watch back in 2017 when it was release so miss out that colour. Just order one myself.
