Actually got mine yesterday. Here’s a picture of it on my watch. It looks just like the pictures, but the stitching is a little off, and even missing in some places. Actually, now that I look at it closer, the leather may be missing as well. I think I was sent a defective unit.

With the leather missing, I imagine it wouldn’t be too secure And your right hand may fatigue holding the watch in place on your wrist the entire day. I would honestly return it no matter how much you may like the leather-less look. :)

I have both grapefruit and pomegranate and like them a lot. To me, grapefruit feels like a more saturated pink sand. I also really like dragon fruit but i feel like it’s close enough to pomegranate that I shouldn’t try chasing it down.
Yesterday I just ordered Black/Pink Blast in the hope I can get one from a reseller as Apple has no more 44mm in NZ, and then I went for a Dragon Fruit from Chargerstore as they were showing 1 left and it wasn’t super-expensive, so I’m embracing some even stronger colours than before (thanks to the SBSS Watch).

My wife has Pomegranate which she thought was enough and didn’t need Dragon Fruit also - we decided to get DF for her just after Apple NZ sold out now I think of it, so she didn’t get it. We’ll see how we both feel when mine gets here and we have both in front of us. I think it’s too late for me to get Pomegranate from Apple NZ now anyway.

My wife has Grapefruit, and I don’t see a need for it in my collection at least so far. I should compare it with my work shirts as I like to have obscure colours that work perfectly with something I wear.

Yep, same - well similar, dates are all a couple days ahead of yours, but it bounced from end-of-May to this week, and now back to end-of-May. I'm guessing some miscommunication between Hermès and Apple on how many were in the latest shipment. No matter (aside from impatience), I wasn't expecting a chance to get it at all once it originally disappeared, the big change was the decision to make some more - I expect they'll still make them, I can wait.
Since I just joined the black Watch club I had a looksie just now, and with (I think) relief I see that Hermes Aus does not have the Noir Swift single tour available, so I can’t order it. They do have the Rallye, but I already have a Noir Rallye with SS hardware and an SS S5 to wear it with, and this band collecting obsession hobby still has limits.

As of tomorrow, I think it's safe to say that we'll be on the 30 day countdown. With the exception of 2018, every summer set has always featured at least one that winds up becoming one of my "very frequently worn" bands.

Previous summer band launches: 2017 (Gamma!), 2018 (meh), 2019 (Dragon Fruit!)

So many thoughts come to mind.. pride band?, the end of 2-tone?, will Nike do a set like they did in 2017?, and so on.

Exactly my mentality. Granted, subtle choices work well too (eg. Fog) -- but man, the bold ones just look so good on SBSS. Glad you're enjoying the!

After an initial feeling of disappointment / buyer’s remorse and genuine thoughts of returning it I really like the SBSS now. I’m glad I have at least a few months for the novelty to wear off so I can have a balanced view of which colour I want my S6 to be. Right now I’m maximizing the way it makes the bands it flatters look better than SS - Celestial Teal right now.

I also ordered Ocean Blue yesterday - we both know who’s fault that is... :)

And I grabbed what I thought was a very well priced Blue Orbit Nike - but the well priced was 38mm so it’s for my wife. The 42mm was over twice the price so I’ll check it out IRL with my wife’s and decide how much I want it for myself.

Absolutely I can post Dragon Fruit pics. I can compare with Pomegranate also.

Blue Orbit Nike

I think that feeling is inspired by just how bold / visually heavy it comes across, perhaps. Glad it faded! Pair it with the SBSS link band next, trust me ;)

Celestial teal - yes, solid pairing. Pairing SBSS with bands that feature black base or black accent always looks sweet.

Ocean Blue - I think you’ll be thanking me, trust me ;)

Blue Orbit - it’s not as “fitting” as Ocean with SBSS, IMO.. but it still looks great. Mind you, I’m biased as I love blue, and saturated options in general!

I’m not too fussed if Blue Orbit works better with SS - that’s what my wife’s Hermes is and I still intend to use my own SS S5 with the bands that look better - or just different - with it.

Anyway, I just bought a NIB Blue Horizon - your fault also :) - and have knowingly overpaid for the only 44mm Canary Yellow I could find on the whole of eBay, so I will have all of the yellows ever made.

I’m not sure why Canary seems to be so rare. I’m guessing most people who bought it were new Watch owners and it was their chance to buy a yellow band, and those folks mostly will just keep it and don’t think to sell it. That doesn’t explain where the NIB stock that seems to turn up on band traders’ ebay pages come from, unless they are sitting on them for longer which I guess means they will always be a premium colour. Or Apple genuinely sold out to people who aren’t reselling.

I also followed up with the seller that my Delft Blue looks to be missing, to either have them ship another or refund me so I can buy another.

Can’t wait to see that comparison shot. Pomegranate was way pinker in person than I thought but also having a SBSS watch it looks really clean. First time ever I’ve gone after bold colors. My wardrobe is literally 50 shades of gray.

Blue Horizon and Ocean Blue are the best blues for SBSS. Bold / subtle, one for each approach. I actually wore BH all day today, too!

Canary Loop is on my list, but I’ll likely never get it without overpaying as you suggest. Pretty much part of my rationale for buying at launch these days, to avoid such regrets haha

Dragon Fruit and Black/Pink Blast are two of my most favorite bands ever! Highly recommended

(I've always been on Space Gray Aluminum - first S0, now S5.)

DragonFruit reminds me a lot of the deep, vibrant electric pink that glows out of T-Mobile stores, if you have any of those around. It's a lovely color.

Dragonfruit was discontinued right about when I first started collecting bands. Really regret not picking it up, because I love the color but can’t find it for a good price anywhere.

Only bands for me - I consider myself lucky I haven’t got an interest in loops. I still kick myself that I didn’t just stick with it after buying all the launch colours after the S0 first came out. I could have had a full set of every Sport Band with box...

I have no idea if / when I’ll wear either. Apparently telling me it’s my last chance to get a band is a good way to tip me over to buying it.

How many people share their bands with their spouse, if they have the same size watch? We share ours. We both wash them with dish soap after wearing them, so they are clean. It seems stupid to buy 2 of the same color bands. I rather buy twice as many different color bands.

I’d absolutely do that - if we had the same size Watch.... :(

I’m just guessing but between my ~60 and my wife’s 50+ we probably have around 20-25 duplicates. Could even be more.

Wish mine would opt for an AW in the first place. She doesn’t like how bulky it is. She wears a Misfit Shine 2, and is somehow expecting Apple to get closer to that size

Jealous of you guys!

Any chance the original image of all watch bands will be updated? :) would love to see it include the 2020 bands!

Go back a few pages. It was updated on 21st March after the last bands were announced according to the version I have in my Photos app (note it could be 20th in your time zone - we lead the world here in NZ :))

It’s going to be an ultra violet band and ultra violet ultra boost kind of day.... (lots of ultra in that sentence).

I’ve been getting really into matching shoes with some of the flashier bands. Fun way to match an accent without looking like a highlighter.

The canary loop is sooo worth it. I’m so happy I was able to snag one after initially hesitating when it was released.
