It has all the stamping but so did a raft of “good fakes” from 2015...the modern buckle leather is so nondescript that it’s the one I would be ok with being a counterfeit. Did the 2015 modern buckles even have the Vectran weave? Anything to get gold hardware, amirite! There’s an old article that covers it all...

This is making me want to pick up Vitamin C and sell Papaya, which along with Pine Green is one the only bands in my collection I’m not crazy for. I have to say I like the original orange more than many others here seem to. Do you happen to have nectarine, spicy orange or apricot to throw in there?

Okay, this inspired me to pick up fog, which I previously think I told @toxtrepla I didn’t line (or was that mist?). Luckily I was able to find it for $14. Do you happen to have soft white to compare the stone to?

So it turns out in a neat bit of inverse confusion the band ive been saying is gen1 blue since I first posted my surf blue pics is actually Royal Blue...luckily it’s one of the few boxes I’ve kept and I was coerced into tracking it down today.
They are all 42/44mm. I’m sorry I didn’t mention it.

Bonus, lemon cream vs mellow yellow. I got lemon cream off amazon on sale, but after obtaining this mellow yellow for $12.. I think I can return lemon cream and get something else I want instead. I like the mellow yellow slightly more! Just have to let go of lemon cream... I don’t NEED them ALL. I just want them all. Except blues. I don’t care as much about those.

Mellow is in box, lemon cream is laying on top. They are very similar - but lemon cream is slightly warmer toned, and mellow yellow more neutral to the slightest bit electric? Like slightly more towards the highlighter yellow scale of yellow/green but washed down. You might say lemon cream is more saturated by a tad, bit they are slightly different tones overall. One isn’t a lighter shade of the other, they’re different.

I am super jealous of the mellow yellow! It’s the ONLY yellow I am missing at this point. Playing the waiting game now....
so i dont have sky blue; as far as the papaya comparison, that’s something I myself am considering. I think that if vitamin C had come out first, i would not have purchased papaya. they are very similar and i do like the brightness of vitamin C better. its like they are the same base but vitamin C is cranked up just a bit.
as far as the other oranges, i also dont have them, the ones in the picture are all I have right now.
delft and linen blue are very similar, depending on your eyes and ability to see blue, they may offer enough of a difference to justify both, but for me it does not. that’s another one of those that If you have delft, you may not need linen. then again, who needs all the colors i have! lol! I feel like i cant really give advice i dont follow myself, even if it is with other colors.
and fog is a really versitale and nice band. I do love mine, actually, i think that every member of my family has a fog in their collection.
I’m reporting my part of the order got in today too! along with some straglers that had been missing in the mail system, so today was a great day for band!

Side by side I think I like mellow yellow a bit more. Very buttery and fresh looking.
