Charger has been doing work for me too. Got my SBSS link bracelet on the way along with a bright blue leather loop I picked up at auction for $32.50, a lightly used ultra violet, and an obsidian/black.
Not bad! I’ve been stalking his auctions too, but the medium loops seem to always go for more than the large ones.

Hi guys, I found a deal for the classic Nike Black/Volt sport Band and I was thinking about it, only thing holding me back for now it's that I have a silver AW and I don't know how would it look with a black band. What do you think?
Do you have any pic of this band with or without a silver watch?
I’m not against the contrast of, say, pure platinum or flat silver on my space gray, so I would imagine it wouldn’t look terrible, but that’s just my personal opinion.

Here’s Lime Blast on a Silver alum

Pink blast too if it helps any

Almost any band looks great with the silver watch.

it helps! Thanks! I like it from these pictures. I also think silver case is the most neutral. I think I'll go for it

Huge update of the chart is now available: v3.1; June 12, 2020
  • Bands added: Sport Band Linen Blue, Seafoam, Vitamin C, and Coastal Gray; Sport Band White (2nd Gen)
  • Images added: Nylon Woven Pride Edition (2016), Hermès Double Tour Médor Deep Blue, and Hermès Single Tour Étain
  • All model numbers revised (and added for both sizes), very few numbers and dates corrected, new icon for photoshopped images and extra large bands if available, a few design tweaks
Special thanks to @emiaj for providing the three images, which were missing in the initial release. Comments, requests (or if you find a typo) are welcome and appreciated.

My 40mm midnight blue/rose gold pin sport band arrived and as expected, it does appear to be generation 2, as I expected given the 40mm stamp. Am I misreading the chronological chart or is this an anachronistic band. As far as I can tell—and this squares with memory—the midnight blue band gold aluminum watches did not survive the jump to series 4 and the rebooting of evergreen colors like pink sand and black.

Pictured below is a spring 2015 midnight blue (although can we really trust me anymore with blues?) and the one that came yesterday...they’re different right? I’m happy, as I think midnight blue g2 has that je ne said quoi and the g1, whether because of time served or just inherent chemical composition, is shiny and not supple.

Trigger warning: there’s a smidge of camel in the shot!

I think it came bundled on the gold series 4 for a couple months? That would be after they changed the hue of gold to be more of a rosey color compared to the yellow gold pin

hi everyone. i know this is a sold band but i was wondering if anyone can identify the colour. considering it sold for £32 without box would it have been good value?
thanks
To my eye that looks like lemon cream. 32 pound isn’t a terrible value considering it’s sold out most places, but it can be had for cheaper on eBay.

Edit: or maybe it’s pollen? It’s so hard to tell. I know it’s not OG yellow and probably not Canary.

Would have to agree it looks like Lemon Cream. If you’re the buyer though, you might be able to get a better idea on color by asking them how long they’ve had it.

I just bought the nike Lime blast, and he is compared with the volt classical one. I prefer the Lime blast because of the silver pin, that matches my Stainless steel Apple Watch. the Lime blast is like a soft light green.

here is its. The black/volt with a silver watch. Compared to black/lima, which has a silver pin.

Looks like canary yellow to me but I might be wrong.

thanks for the replies, no i’m not the buyer i only usually buy bands with boxes unless it’s an absolute steal. i find it strange that apple doesn’t find somewhere on the band to add a colour name or number identifier though, would make selling bands a lot easier i guess

I’ve given up looking for only boxes. After I ditched that mindset I started finding more deals. Maybe it was a placebo though.

P.S. You can preview the (multi-page) chart in Augmented Reality. Because why not? :) Open the website using Safari on iPhone or iPad, scroll down, and enjoy.

It was fun to make, and I am curious how it works for somebody else. If you have a minute left, let me know. Thanks.

Lighting is a little dim, but works pretty well. Would be awesome to actually have them hung up haha

Safe to say it’s well been sold I assume? Not a bad price at all.

Two orders from Chargerstore already in my state. One cleared customs, the other is in sorting. Pretty excited for them!
What did you get?

Personally I wasn’t so keen on it and like it much better on my SBSS, though it looks fine, definitely not something anyone is going to think is bad.
Cool, my attempt are creating a reference thread is being used :)

Fantastic work. I have not a single artistic bone in my body and I am so impressed that others can do this, and pleased you take the time to do it for bands.

That’s an excellent reference for the minimal difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2 Midnight. My Gen 2 (silver pin) is marked 42mm - I assume it was “for” an S3 post S4 launch.

I’m gonna say Pollen. I don’t think it’s strong enough for Canary and it’s a lot stronger than Lemon Cream (which is still available in NZ, and I am jacking up a possible buy of bands from Apple NZ for US peeps with @toxtrepia if anyone wants any. Check apple.com/NZ for availability. They also have Mallow Yellow in both sizes.)
