I can only imagine by the lack of that guys responses that he's either sitting in a corner cutting like all those young kids these days :p or he's possibly regretting buying Final Cut and possibly seeing if iMovie wont suit his needs better.

Or maybe he doesn't check the forums every hour, on the hour? Not that there's anything wrong with doing that...

Easy, turbo. I'm sure that's no one's intent. To be honest, I feel pretty spoiled having a Mac at all. :D I think we're all pretty spoiled to have the sweetest computers and the best software.

Come on fellas, what's with the unwarranted accusation and genuine lack of respect as of late in this thread? Our friend here shared his setup and he gets pummeled from all directions by seemingly envious individuals. I'm not here to bust anyone's chops, but let's keep the hate down, can we? As soon as an someone below the age of 18 has a setup that is more fly than his senior peer, he is spoiled? Give me a break. What does a person of that age do with Final Cut? LOTS OF VERY CREATIVE THINGS, and more power to him.

That said, let's move along with more setups!

Well, since this thread is 18 and under, I feel no guilt in posting my brand new setup. 3 months in the making.

Somebody could do with a cable-tidy kit for Christmas!

You'll feel very refreshed once they're out of the way, I think.

Meh... all I was saying is that it's stupid for a 14 year old to have anything more than necessary; and I don't see Final Cut being necessary. Oh, and I still find it funny that even though he has Final Cut... he still has crappy speakers.

If you want to go around and complain about how spoiled kids are just go back and read part one of this thread (the original).

Some people decide to spend there money differently, some people just have more money to spend. It's life. If you want a socialist society the western world is not for you. Now lets stop talking about this.

why would a 14 years old need final cut studio ?

..spoiled :p

Wow, I am not spoiled. My family is quite poor actually. Ok heres the story so you guys will **** about the spoiled stuff. I got accepted to a high school called the Orange County high school of the arts in there film and television department. It is a public school you just have to pass an audition they have dance and painting and other stuff too. I made all my audition videos with iMovie on my iBook G4, then once I got accepted into the school, my slightly wealthier grandparents bought my my MacBook Pro for me. I paid for $300 of Final cut studio and the rest was paid for by my parents for my birthday. We make real movies at my school that rivaled the local colleges film school, until they upgraded recently thats why I needed Final Cut. My Roland A-37 was given to me as a gift from a family friend who play keyboards.
I Will be paying for half of my iPhone if I do get it when the 3G comes out and I will have to pay for half the bill out of my allowance. I work hard with my grandpa putting the ads on shopping carts and I mow lawns for my money. OK!!! I am most certainly NOT spoiled. :)

If I didn't have to pay insurance, buy a little gas, pay my phone bill, or save for a car - i'd definitely have a much nicer set up.

And at least macboy isn't spending his money on drugs, alcohol, Hollister clothes! He's actually buying/getting things that are going to further his education. Yayyy macboy
