Gad to hear it! :) I don't actually have it installed yet because I can't track down a ***** T6 torx driver.

yeah, it's very annoying :( just go to the closest apple shop / apple reseller and ask if you could borrow a driver for a couple of mins. I did that, no way I'm gonna spend my money for 1 screw only!

Or you could have them replace it for you and do an occasional cleaning.

Not really my "set up" but this is how I use mine when I can't be bothered to get out of bed (Which is most of the time) :p

26". I would like bigger really if Im honest but that size fits my room the best and I can see perfectly fine from my bed/sofa.

Me too, one of my faves

Same here. It took a while for me to get my white 24" iMac. I love the simple look of the white Apple days, too bad their dead and gone. That's why I was hoping so much for an official white iPhone 4, so then my White iHome, my White iPod Video (30GB), and my white iMac could all match. Oh well... :(

I agree about the whole white thing. It sure is a sad day when your custom PC is whiter than your Mac....

Thanks!

The iMac isn't really mine, it's my father's. But he's on a trip for two weeks so he let me have it for that time. It's quite nice to have this big screen when at home! Wouldn't trade my mobility for it, though.

While just looking at all the individual setups here (I get ideas for my own by doing this), I realized that you all must be pretty lucky. Having these nice, fairly up-to-date computers and all. When I didn't get my first computer until I was in 10th grade (spring 2001) and it was quite outdated. It was an old Packard Bell 486 with a 100MB hard drive, 2MB RAM, and Windows 3.1. What could I do on it? Not much. Oh, and there was no internet in my room either. Just remember this kids, be thankful for what you've got. You could have a 486 and no internet.

I know exactly what you mean. I wish I could afford an iMac without having to sell my MBP but it would take me too long to save up from scratch!

Better picture of my ibook, ipod nano, old tv and xbox.

Lastly my primary monitor's screen. It's obviously high-res so that's why it's a thumbnail.

EDIT: also I'm 15.

2nd EDIT:
How I got everything:
I am not rich, I'm a normal middle class kid. I asked my parents for to buy me the parts to build a new computer for my 14th birthday, I was given a budget of about 300-400 bucks, so I built the nice little machine you see on my desk (it ran XP until around October of last year then I switched to windows 7, then in September of this year I hackintoshed it). My father and I picked up the acer 20 inch monitor that I use as my primary from a craigslist posting about a week later for 50 bucks (birthday money from grandma :p) because I was using a crappy old CRT. I got the second monitor for christmas about 5 months later. I got my ipod nano for christmas when I was 12, I think. I got my iPod Touch for christmas when I was 13. The iBook I got from a friend who upgraded to a macbook a while back. Not pictured is a netbook that I got with confirmation money last year.
