Why not just dual monitor with the MacBook?
Macbook in sig. Recently went from using the Macbook's monitor to using it in clamshell.
Because in my near future an ikea desk will be purchased and I'll be changing them out. Also, I will have a Macbook Pro and Dell 2407WF on the way soon, too.
Recent pic of my setup. Just got my new Microsoft Wireless Desktop 4000 and it's been great. Also ordered a Dell AIO 926 printer and was only $50. Runs better than any of my HP's and came with a bunch of great software! Since this pic my old JBL Creatures magically started to work again so I now have them instead of this pair! Enjoy!

Say, if someone broke into my house...they won't take it unless they got a cutter thing. Basically a deterrent.

Actually that will act in the opposite way. A thief will see how much you value that machine, and it'll likely motivate them even more.
Plus, if they've already broken through a window and found their way through your house, I don't think they'd come unprepared. That'll take them no time to get through...
Your typical thief doesn't care how much something means to you, they do it for the money not to personally harm you. A thief is interested in what they can get quick and then sell
I don't now about that. I knew this one guy, who I am not proud of knowing, that used to steal as his main source of income. If he couldn't get something that he wanted to get, he would break it out of spite and leave it. For example, When he stole car stereos and couldn't get the subs. Doesn't really take too much extra time to deface something for someone stupid enough to steal anyway. I was quite glad when he got arrested and locked up. (I wonder who gave the anonymous tip?

Nope, I sold my iBook a couple of weeks ago and as of right now don't have a Mac (my brother has my old 1.25GHz eMac). Not really that upset about not having one. Dell will be fine until I get another.
iMac, DS Lite, my crappy Samsung Phone, and my crappy HP desktop.

But this is a thread for minors to post their set ups....it never says Mac or PC...heck it never says computer in the first post!
Yeah and plus I've had two Macs before this (iBook and eMac). I'm under 18, and this is my current setup. Thanks.
