Here's my pretty boring dorm-room setup (George Mason - Elite Eight YEAH!!!). I fell in love with mac after i got the dell, but found an 800 mhz ibook for cheap. I figure i'll get a mac book pro next year when they're on the merom 64-bit chipset (i hope so anyway).

You have pretty much the EXACT same portable setup I do (Inspiron 6000, and 12' iBook)

How'd you get OSX running on the Dell?

Those dells are actually pretty nice looking computers. If I had to get a PC I would definitely go for one of those!

Rock the casbah - classic song.

Yeah they are, cause lets be honest iPod earbuds suck. I love these 'phones, you can shove 'em in your ear on the train, turn up your iPod and hear yourself going deaf. They're great. Good bass too. Although no good for running with.
ya i agree, but they are kind of annoying with the noise they make whenever you walk/run...oh well they were an awesome price so they're not gonna be perfect.

PS "rock the casbah" is indeed an amazing and classic song :) .

I suppose it is. I've never seen the CS2 boxes, they look nice :).

Thats one of the silent realeased minis. Apple "updated" them from 1.25 to 1.33 and 1.42 to 1.5

Oh I thought it was only 1.5Ghz and the 1.25 still remained 1.25

Get an external monitor.
yes I was hoping to but I have to save up for it... Everything in Europe is more expensive. Example the cinema display starts at 799 US$ but here it starts at 819 EUR [=983 US$] I remember researching about the JBL speaker for iPod [the donut-looking one] and it was 149$ in US, 149 EUR in here and £149 in UK  what a rip off!!!

Those are not CS2 boxes, they're the instruction books that our teachers thougt it'd be nice to have [yes yes, expect us to buy English books in Italy, they must be crazy]

Beautiful setup, love the laid-back, "beachy" feel to it.
