my NEW setup:
MacBook Pro 1.8 (got a week ago, finally)
Black Video iPod 30gb (got for my birthday 2 weeks ago)
Mighty Mouse
17" LG L1710B
don't know if it comes out that well, but my macbook screen is SOOOOOOOO much more brighter than the LG, and the LG is a good screen (well...it was a year or two ago).

is acqiosition really better? and most importantly is it freee? because I use limewire and it makes my powerbook REALLY REALLY slow when limewire is open and it pisses me off because I cant do anything else while my music is downloading
It's shareware. If you pay for it you just get rid of the nagging pop-up.
It works the same either way.
And yea, Aquisition is way way way better.
Acquisition & iChat
Acquisition is soo much better than limewire, and for msn i changed from msn to using ichat via a jabber account which lets you use msn through it.
Acquisition is a good purchase and is worth it to get rid of the annoying nag and the latest update look so much better that the other versions
And to take a page out of steve's book they both "just work"

Yeah they are, cause lets be honest iPod earbuds suck. I love these 'phones, you can shove 'em in your ear on the train, turn up your iPod and hear yourself going deaf. They're great. Good bass too. Although no good for running with.
