I just got my MacBook Pro yesterday. I'm so happy :D ;) :cool: :)
I'll post some pictures later, I'm very happy with it, NO defects at all.

By the way, I'm 15.

My own custom CD/DVD case, made out of a spraypainted shoebox - haha. It's an iMac G5 17" 1.8GHz with 512MB RAM, 160GB Internal and a 160GB Lacie External.

I really need to get some bluetooth stuff.

Congratulations on your purchase! I hope you really enjoy the MacBook Pro. What are the specs on the one you purchased? Yes, pictures would be GREAT!!!

There is no video tearing, I never had any, but I believe it was fixed because there has been 2 updates since the mention of 'tearing'. Right when I got the MacBook Pro I had to do an update, & front row was included on that.

But I still have to take them pictures (well actually upload them)

But before I upload them, is there anything that you guys want in specific to see? Haha.

Powermac g3 800MHz 1GB Ram running tiger

I am 16 and I have a

17" with 1GB Ram and 160GB HD. MY FIRST MAC TOO! Very excited!

P.S. Flash 8 isn't working in Safari. :(

Well, mostly my brother gets taxed by me. Obviously, I cant force my parents to do anything they dont want. Only if I deserve it they sort of tip me.
Why is everyone making me look like an enemy??? Jeez.... I earn my money and spend it on what I like, and I like making movies, so I buy the best of that....

How do you like the INSPIRE? Are the pres decent? I've been thinking about getting a small Firewire interface and the $199 price tag of the INSPIRE looks pretty nice, although the Firebox and Firepod are tempting as well.

Macs didn't exist when I was 18.
But I had Wireless - (CB Radio)
Music - (12 inch albums)
Gaming - (Pong)
Word processors - (Type writers)
And Calculators (However we couldn't take these to school, It was cheating back then)

Any of you youngsters ever heard of these devices?

MBP at 15. jesus. I don't think I got my first personal computer until I was 17 and it was an emachines desktop. I'll trade your MBP for my iBook. =)

heres my oc work station with the 28" best monitor. I have a g5 now too!!! finally lol.. But its at my dads. When i go back tommorow ill take a pic. This is where i do my freelance 3d work. Just finished a gig yesterday actually. I wasnt to start using maya on my g5 but cant afford another copy of maya at the moment. Maybe in a few months.
 
Bonjour! First post, heres my iBook - only got it a couple of months ago after saving up for ages. I'm pretty envious of some of you guys theres some mad mad setups on here. Anyway. Oh and i'm 18 :)

I met her in New York when she was filming Hitch and I also got to meet Will Smith...great experience considering she was in that wetsuit from the jetski scene. That's when the movie was called "The First Last Kiss"
 
gagaaaaaaaa stop it!! I would probably shoot my brother in the leg to have been in your shoes. Well i'd shoot him in the leg for fun but i would have still liked to have in your shoes
