Yeah, I know. My brother has one. It's so pretty...
what color does he have? i really like both white and black, but i didnt really like how the inside (where keyboard and everything are) of the white macbooks is gray. also, since i couldnt haave an illuminated keyboard, i thought white on black might be easier to see in the dark than gray on white. the white ones look really nice, though.

very nice, execpt for the 10gb hard drive:p How do you live with that amount of space? If I had it, it would be full within 4 days...:D
10GB, heck I fill up a 40GB in days, I didn't realize how much space I used for: photos, applications, documents, downloads, etc.

The 80GB I bought a week ago is almost 50% full.

Thanks

just wondering how did u finance ur mbp at 12?

I dunno, money's not the issue - willpower is the issue!

I'm 17 and just graduated HS, going to college this fall and I'm working three jobs this summer (several part time jobs joining forces to become one mega-full time job. It all blends together after awhile  ), earning about $450 a week, but I just can't bring myself to spend the cash on upgrades!!

I saved up and worked over the last 4 years and the odd birthday/christmas check from grandparents never hurt, so now I have a lurverly 17" Rosewill LCD, a decent computer, awesome 5.1 Altec Lansing speakers, a decent printer, and a mouse and keyboard that I cannibalized from a friends new HP (they had their own, don't worry). I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my 2+ year old Dell dimension 4550, replacing 256 MB of RAM with a gig ($80 at Best Buy), which is awesome, I just can't justify getting anything else!

Beyond the Macbook i'm going to pick up, and MAYBE the RAM and Harddrive upgrades I'll get, nothing's on the financial agenda...

I commend you on your responsibility. Be sure to save some of that money for college! You are in for some awesome times :D Sigh... how I miss college .. 4 years goes by so fast.
