So, I finally got myself to take a pic after I moved my desk and got my oh so Mighty Bluetooth Mouse. So, here is my setup. I will by the way fix the wires under the desk, and probably also remove that ugly bookcase, with books I read when I was 5 years:p
Setup:

Accessories:

:D

Explanation:
In the first pic we see a BT Mighty Mouse on a random blue mousemat, next to my MacBook. We also see a Canon S330 Photo Printer, and a random lamp. The little grey thing is the tag that sits on Converse All Star shoes when you buy them. I think it looks good in real life having it there.
In the second pic we see a cloth, 3 plectrums, the little plastic thingy that protects the powerplug when not in use, my iPod headphones and of course the Apple Remote.

finally pics of my setup. set up for recording

DUDE INCREDIBLE SETUP!

Toronto native here too.
> What instruments do you play?

Also .... since I'm so close to getting a Mac (I'm not 18, much older - kid at heart + kids of my own - but looking at setups as in inspiration), can anyone tell me what is the minimum CPU @ Mhz needed to run Garageband? I cannot find it on Apples site ... just a tour of Garageband 3.

Thanks

> Happy Birthday.

It ran fine on my old eMac with a 700 MHz G4, but I recommend G4 1.5GHz+ for any serious work with it.

@dsharits & eXan

Many MANY thanks for your help & suggestions. Both of you have tought me that parents & others older can learn a few things & also be given a helping hand ... if only older guys like myself take a breather & stop being stubborn, lol.

Many thanks ( kids were made at me tonight; forbidden cartoon show. Oh well, restriction is lifted and tomorrow & next Friday they'll get to enjoy FRIDAY NIGHTS).

I'll post my setup sometime soon, once I get my iCurve and wireless keyboard and mouse.

As of right now, it's just a desk and macbook.

not that there is anything wrong with that :D

Yet again, I have moved stuff round. I'm gonna get a new desk soon, so it will all change again :p
