I just have to wonder why zero of these magic powers are about eliminating text spam messages, which have been a huge scourge that AI could absolutely help with. For some reason, nope, crickets on that score.

It’s already available just not to the public yet

The developers beta is available now (even to the public). I'm trying Beta 2 on a MBP w/M1 Pro chip. Seems to need a lot of work still. They are supposed to have a public beta available this month. And only ~3 months to release.

This article could use updating for the Golden Gate release. Or at least a warning at the top that some information is incorrect.

An example would be the hardware required, I thought my MBP w/M1Pro chip covered all the new features. But there are three that need an M3 chip: Advanced On-Device Voice Processing, Full On-Device Conversational Reasoning, and Cross-App Context & Automation.

(not really complaining, I know that Apple has had about two years of tweaking and details have changed over time)
