Can people post some examples of these crazy bugs they're having? I have had iOS 13 on my iPhone and iPad since day one (even ran the Beta for most of the time) and I have not noticed any groundbreaking bugs like some people seem to be implying. 🧐
The most annoying bug for me is that sometimes the Touch ID prompt is invisible, although authentication works perfectly fine.

I just want the mail app fixed. When it says I have an email it should be there waiting esp with exchange. Don’t like having to wait for it to download. It’s intermittent.

I thought I had messed up a setting. For me, sometimes the headers load but the whole email used to load.

I had the exact same issue. It has something to do with how Carplay is interacting with the Pro and Max Pro USB Connection. Get a USB C Female to USB Male adaptor and plug in through that in your car using Apple's supplied USB C cable (or any USB C cable) and it will fix the problem immediately.
Absolutely not. I refuse to buy an adaptor for a $1300+ phone. Apple nears to get their heads out of their a*** and do THEIR job and fix this!

iPad Air 2. Most apps crash on startup. No connection to secure wifi possible. I can't sign in to my Apple ID. I can't back up through iTunes since iTunes can't read my device anymore. My iPad is essentially broken. Apple's solution - that I'm of course not told on the phone since my device is too old for support (but young enough so they can push me into updating) - is to put the iPad in recovery mode, perform a clean install and forget about the data saved on the device because I can't get it back anyway.

iCloud backup won't work, iTunes backup won't work. What I could do is try to send some of my files via mail, but that wouldn't work for all the apps I've installed. iOS 13 is an absolute shame and doesn't feel like it should've been released. My only hope now is that Apple addresses my issues in a further iOS update because if they don't, they've broken my iPad.

iCloud backup works as does iTunes with the latest main release.

Most iCloud reliant features are not syncing consistently. Safari history is different on my 4 devices signed into my iCloud account. One device, an iPhone 7 gets no current history at all, the other 3, a MacBook Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and iPad Pro do not match each other in History items. Reminders and similar 3rd party apps that sync through iCloud do not always reflect a completed status on one or more devices when I’ve marked them completed on one. Others have reported similar issues with Notes. I haven’t delved too far into that, i just dont want to know right now. My iPad Pro 12 3rd generation occasionally flips my screen 180 degrees while I’m looking at it without my touching it, thats a brand new one for me.

On that same iPad Pro taking a screenshot of a Safari page, cropping it and saving to photos results in the whole image being saved. Taking a subsequent screenshot and just saving it without editing it causes the original to revert to the cropped version I wanted in the first place. This is consistent and repeatable and has been reported by other owners of this same model. It also occasionally occurs with screenshots in Mail.

Logging into my ATT account on that iPad does not work with the desktop version in Safari, I have to request the mobile version for the password to be accepted.

On my phone, 11 Pro Max using the “silence unknown callers” feature, which I love, results in duplicate notifications and items in the Recents list of each such call.

Nothing that results in the software being unusable but it still is at a beta level. I understand the marketing pressure Apple has in having to release new devices during a specific time frame which requires a new OS to be released at the same time but in iOS 11 and now 13 they just opened themselves up to heavy criticism and alienation of potential customers. I’m heavily invested in their products and have had almost every iOS device since the very first iPhone but they are stretching my patience.

I don’t like the new gestures and the text replacement is useless

Really unimpressEd .. look at that ! Give up

So my current workaround is this: I've deleted all my Reminders lists that are in iCloud. They are worthless. I have transferred all of those (manually) over to Microsoft To Do. And their app is solid. HOWEVER, I think I still prefer the default Reminders app. What I found is if I go to Passwords and Account and add my Outlook account info and check off only "Reminders" to be synced from that (no email, etc), those Reminders now show up in the Apple Reminders app. It's just synching with Outlook instead of iCloud now. Everything works great now.

We'll see if Apple gets this Reminders thing fixed or not. If not, MS has a new user.

Notes is still a mess. Updates from my iPad Mini don't go through most of the time. In general, I have to close the app and reopen it but that still doesn't guarantee that updates go through. My iPhone is probably the worst on the updates. The most reliable approach is to use macOS. Sometimes I will just retype the entries in macOS while reading it off of the iPad Mini.

Why is this so hard to fix? It worked fine before 13.

iOS 13.1.2 is still kinda buggy on my XR. Theres still lots of animation random stuttering. Plus a weird bug when editing a portrait mode selfie it turns very orange/yellow only on the editing screen then goes back to a a cooler tint after hitting DONE

iPadOS 13.1.2 bug - a lot of times the home screen is locked in landscape mode. Turning the iPad off, then putting it in portrait mode, then turning it on fixes it but it's a nuisance to have to do this.

Is anyone else experiencing no text or phone notifications? No ring, no vibration no banner.

Yes, quite a few of us. For some reason, my phone notifications are back, but they are silent. Are you on 13.1.2? (Just curious - it didn't solve anyone's notification problems AFAIK.)

Still waiting. With an annoying keyboard and text replacement. Not only in German. Also in English. Nothing makes sense.

Yes, I am on 13.1.2. I still get nothing, hoping they come out with a fix for it sooner rather than later. Kinda ridiculous

My call logs and missed calls are all blank

Anybody else having this issue?

Any idea what is going on? This is really annoying.... and has been one of the Apples worst updates for me by far.

I don't know. I have my own set of bugs to deal with and they are annoying and I really hope that they get them fixed soon. I would be really annoyed if I was missing call logs.

My experience has been overall okay, but I've had a few minor issues like not being able to turn on iCloud Keychain.

My most annoying issue is portrait/landscape mode on the iPad Mini where it freezes in Landscape mode for the homepage.
Second problem is battery life on my iPhone 7+. Third is email bodies not loading with the headers. Fourth is Notes not syncing. There are some other issues but those are my big four.

That’s one many people have had. I had to sign out of icloud and back in to fix it. In fact I’ve had to sign out of iCloud on all my devices for one issue or another. I have signed out more since 13 and Catalina have been released than I have in the last years or so. Safari syncing is my big issue currently, signing out didn’t fix that.
