I have a 3GS. Tap the photo icons next to the status update field and you get two buttons, "take photo or video" and "choose from
library" where you can select a photo or video to upload. I've posted 3 videos successfully. Make sure you're in the news feed or profile page rather than photos.

Ah, my bad I was trying in photos. Dunno why now that I think about it. Cheers!!

How do I remove un wanted news feeds from other people like FarmVille and Mafia Wars? Its annoying having those on there.

I love that there are this many responses to this thread, and facebook 3.0 was just released today. Mine is updating now; can't wait to try it out!

I think it broke my iphone.

I just updated it when I saw it pop up in the appstore updates. I click the button and its a blank screen. I just did a hard reset and now the apple logo shows for a few seconds and then shuts off again.... help?

IT broke your phone eh? unf'nbelievable.

I'm definitely loving the 3.0 update. The UI is better, and the new features are great.

The one thing I don't like is that when one of my friend's updates their status, it doesn't show at the top of their profile next to their name. At least that is the case for me.

Put all the people you want to see into a friends group. On the iPhone just click newsfeed then at the top click newsfeed again then pick that group then click done. I have all my mafia players in the own friends group with their own security settings.

Same here. This along with the "loading" text popping up when you shake your phone to refresh seem to have been removed. Bring em back Joe. :)

I want to remove the unwanted newsfeeds completely so they don't show up anymore.

I'm liking the update. Much better interface.

Nice additions

1) You can now "Like" something instead of adding a comment.
2) Can call or SMS from the Friends List
3) Can access Fan Pages (Could this be done in the old version?)
4) Easier to follow threads in the inbox.

Tried this way orginally then it was stuck so uninstalled and reinstalled via the app store. Working ok but couple of crashs on my Gen1 8G phone. Rebooted phone to see if helps. Crashed everytime when I tried to add a page

^ With an update that big I would have rebooted the iPhone after installing the update regardless. It's always good practice.

Agreed but still crashing the same spot.

HEY just noticed you can re arraign the front page like your apps. Hold down like you would an app and you can move around the set up. Anyone elase notice or am I just late and didn't read it.

It works wonderfully. I've noticed perhaps just one small bug: when moving around friend's pictures on the homepage, sometimes the ones on the right side have difficulty moving.

Aside from that however, this is incredible. Can't wait for push notifications in 3.1!

Same exact thing happened to me. Doing a hard restore right now.
