Wish they fixed the bugs first........although those features do sound fantastic i wish they fixed the bugs and push

His twitter comment yesterday said it should be at least a week before he submits, then whatever Apple's approval time is.

Weird, isn't?
Still, the guy does a pretty fantastic job!

Woaaaa - Facebook get your acts together!

I feel kinda guilty now that I've been so impatient when it's just one guy - but at the same time - this is FACEBOOK we're talking about - can they honestly not be bothered to dedicate a team to something that should have been out ages ago!!

ARGHHHHH

For something they offer for free? Doesn't make sense to me...

It's pretty shoddy if you ask me. If they were a small company than I'd completely agree with you - but as it's arguably one of the largest companies online - I think it's not too much to ask..

Facebook has over 200 million users on it. Google has a whole developer team that work on their apps as do all other major web companies like AOL etc.

There's no reason why Facebook shouldn't - especially considering it's dominance on the internet.

This makes sense to an extent where facebook isn't that big of company as far as employees go.

This looks really really good. I'm using facebook on iPhone a lot. But it is quite enoying not to be able to go into events and groups!

I hope soon is soon, and not 5 weeks :D

Before everybody clambers aboard the Outrage Bus, are you certain that there's only one person working on the iPhone app, or is it that this chap is the only engineer who is able to blog about its progress?

I just hope that the news feed stops telling me the same story for days at a time. I get 2-3 new stories and the rest stay there for days at a time. It always seems to be news on the same people too.

This is my only complaint. I started using Facebook through the app so it was a couple weeks before I logged on through the website and immediately realized how spotty the news page in the app is.

this is the main reason i dont use this app more.

i was online last night and commented on someones status, and it still isnt showing up even now.

cant wait for this update. reali will be a powerful, useful app when the proposed changes are implemented!!!!!
