That's the "submitted to app store" date. The actual "released by Apple" date will differ.

i disagree. Prowl is listed as August 15, but the developer submitted the app at the beginning of the month.

apple lists the average queue times on the developer site.

I know they do, but I prefer to go by real numbers.
Another example: Duke Nukem is listed as Aug 3rd, but was actually available Aug 10th. I have tones more examples really.

As for FB 3.0, search for it and refresh several times...the screenshots are being updated as I write this.

When a developer submits an update to an app and puts in the new screenshots, the screenshots don't wait around for the app to get reviewed and approved. They go up that day. It must be a glitch with iTunes Connect but it has happened to me several times and I learned to quit uploading the new screenshots until after the update is accepted.
