I assume the developer doesn't have any quality process in place prior to releasing updates.

Something as basic as posting a pic doesn't work (unless it has been taken by your camera) and commenting or posting updates work about 50% of the time.

Deleted multiple times and reinstalled. Nothing changes. Total joke
 
Nice, I am looking to integrate Track & Share with FB

Working on update now. So far the Twitter integration is in place. Really nice how easy it's gotten to keep others in the loop. This is the age of track & share. All the best, TS :apple:
 
As of around 4pm i've gotten all my push's and badges with even added info. It used to just say "so and so has commented on your photo/status. Now it says what they have said.
 
Not sure if deleting/restarting/reinstalling the new FB did the trick or if they fixed their Push servers but it's working much better now. My notification are all coming in and in a pretty timely manner.
 
It was working better for me but I had a bunch of new replies late last night/this morning that I didn't get notices for.
 
I'm getting alerts, but still no badges or sounds. Anyone have troubleshooting techniques other than delete/reinstall?

May as well turn off push for FB in the meantime as it even seems to be killing my battery faster since I updated the app...
 
Does anyone know if the picker in the news feed updates with what is on the website? I see that is has some of my lists that I have added for filtering, but on the phone they do not show up.
 
Started getting alerts more regularly, but not reliably. I have sound and badges turned off so I can't speak to that.

Deleting/re-installing is a waste of time anyways. It is clearly an issue with Facebook's notification server.
 
Today when I got the notification, I think I got the sound. I hope it was not the BeeJive because it was active also.
 
The two post I tested comes up as alert with no sound and the badge number was correct.
 
Well. It seems that 'fixes some bugs' is right, because you still need to delete inbox messages twice, and the push is still sporadic. Jeez. :(
 
i find the accepting of friends is the most annoyingly painfully slow thing on my phone, i dont even use that feature now on the iphone.

Chat is still broken. Whenever I click on someone the chat screen says " there was an error". I can talk to people bitut appear offline when they try to reply.
