Nice......
So here I am with a chunk of cash........hmmmm iPad? or M&P9?......

I stippled the grip as soon as I got home. Much nicer that the slippery factory texture.

Nice, you got the M&P! Good luck finding a holster, especially with that surefire.

I put a light on my M&P - It's not a surefire, but it wasn't $300. :D

I've added another 1911 to my collection since my last post. I agree with your choice to consolidate yourself to one or two different calibers. I'm sticking with .45ACP for the most part, I have just one 9mm, and that's my CCW.

Nice BFL.

I'm surprised the laptop continues to survive the awesomeness :D

Yep, I'm one step ahead of you.

I already put in my order to Raven Concealment...... It's a 60 day wait though:mad:

I have more but this is my favorite. Its well made and could be used in framing homes as a nail driver.

The man match.... Sheer .308 & .45ACP power:
101_2593.jpg

Dude that thing is awesome? .308? who is the manufacturer of the gun, minus all the furniture.

I don't think everyone should have a car. they might drink and drive and crash into a crowded theater ;)

Good point, but is it really that simple to buy a weapon in the US?
I'm just curious, not judging at all!

I've heard that it is prohibited to buy fully automatic weapons (booooring... :p), but what about pistols and semi auto rifles?
Are there any limitations?

yes and no. it depends on the state, some are occupied, some are free.

now as far as hearsay is concerned ................ too much media influence there ;)

full auto (again depending on state) is legal for a private individual to own as long as it was manufactured before May 1986. An additional tax is paid to BATFE ($200). There is some additional paperwork involved as well. Basically when it comes to full auto its private individuals buying and selling from each other due to the fixed supply. As a result a genuine M-16 can be upwards of US$15,000

Too much money if you ask me! I mean full auto does make fun, no question, but 15000 bucks? No thanks. ;)

Other than supporting the heavy machine guns, we never used in the field cause it is simply not accurate enough. Good for covering fire, bad for hitting the target.
Two, three fast shots are way more accurate and save ammunition, too.

Thanks for the legal information!

Yep, for $15000 I could afford to pull the trigger really fast and still have some cash left over.

You guys wait till June though........ I just submitted my paper work for my 9mm suppressor:D

Getting ready for my first suppressor.... Just got the barrel.

Come-on guys, keep the thread alive!!!

I know this photo is foggy. I had to take this photo with my phone. This is a pellet rifle. It shoots pellets at the same fps that a pistol does. I have tested it and I can easily hit a 5 in. target at 30 yards. You might not think that it is powerful, but it rocks. I can shatter bottles with it and I can hunt small game with if If I have the right pellet.

I'd trade my Luger for an H&K USP in a heartbeat. Oh Deutschland, history's greatest weapons...

I've got:

98 8mm Mauser, Turkish, dated 1946
P08 DWM, 9mm "Luger", from 1912, dated 1920. Former Landespolizei arm

I had:

Mosin-Nagant M59 Carbine, 7.62mm. Flamethrower, it was
Sporterized (not my sin) 1891 Argentine Mauser, 7.65mm. Best shooter ever. MEAN kick and cock-on-close action.
M84 Beretta, .380 ACP. Fun and smooth

Beretta und Luger

Luger

Mosin-Nagant and Argentine Mauser (only images I have. Digital cameras weren't so popular back then :p)

Turkish Mauser

The stock is beautiful, with intact cartouche and some tiger-striping. The bore is also sharp, it should make a great shooter.

Don't you simply love the Tiger striping? My Argentine had it as well. It looks so artificial, like it's not wood.

My bore was near musket-like in groove-depth, XD but it did make for an ok shooter within my 2-acre lawn. Hahaha. Oh, and what a kick! If you have ever had Mosin-Nagant shoulder, you're going to simply "love" what the 91 Mausers give you.

Cool pic thanks...agreed lets keep this thread going...just bought a Beretta M9 last weekend...will post some pics very soon...:D

-J.-

Pics...... NOW!!!!:D

No mk23, no fn2000, no m200 intervention, no g3.
I'm deeply disappointed.

MK23: $1800, old design, clunky ergos......... Not worth it
F2000: law enforcement only, full auto version.
FS2000: civilian version, poor ergos, thick clunky design, crappy trigger, $2100........ Not worth it
Cheytac M200 intervention: Got $11,000 to drop on a rifle? I don't, but I want one.
G3: illegal to civillians, very old design, delayed rolling bolt creates to much recoil, much better options available today for the money.

I'm deeply disappointed in your lack of knowledge and realism:p

Ok here are some unboxing pics of the M9...more to come later :D:cool::D

Cheers.

-J.-

Damn..... That thing is brand new!!!

The only M9's I've used are my units.... and they have seen their fair share of use.

They aren't even black...... they're more of polisished silver from all of the abuse.

I've sold my Mauser and Luger for a combined $700.

Every time I sell something so treasured, it's hard to say goodbye :( BUT, this means I have plenty of spend-o for a USP!!!

Oh happy day!
