Those with dropouts, have you tried listening to music stored on your phone through the buds, just to prove it isn’t cellular related?

If it still drops out, then you should have better luck proving it in store for an exchange or refund.

Had an email about my buds this morning.
Will be with me within 10 working days. Lol.

"Due to demand".

Obviously not working on a 'date claimed' basis, as I did mine pretty much instantly.

Not too bothered as mine are being sold straight away, but more rubbish Samsung customer experience!

I have just purchased this from the Samsung website to go with my S10+

I have read a lot of bad reviews about these such as poor call quality and the volume being too low etc..

Did I make a bad decision?

I find them to be fine. Sound quality is decent and I haven’t had anyone complain about call quality but I’m not on them very often for calls. The differentiating feature for me is the better fit vs. AirPods.

And for what it’s worth, I’m using them with non-Samsung devices (iPhone, iPad, Pixel 3 XL, Pixelbook, Apple Watch).

I read they drop connection when for example you're in the gym and running outside?

It seems that like some people have endless issues with these and some do not. Really weird. Like it depends on if you get a working pair? Someone said on Reddit they have returned them like 4 times,

I’ve seen generally mediocre reviews online as well but I was able to get a pair for $90 USD to test them out and like I said, they’ve been fine. The case is small enough to carry in my pocket and the fit is a step up from AirPods so I kept them. I use a difference set from JLab for exercise—the Buds are mostly for everyday casual use.

If I could only get a single pair for all use cases without breaking the bank, it would probably be the Jabra Elite 65t. If I could spend more, the Sennheiser Momentum or B&O E8 supposedly have superior sound and build quality. For me, the Galaxy Buds have filled a need and work just fine.

I am still deciding what to buy
The Samsung Buds are due to be delivered on Saturday so I could cancel tomorrow or Frida.

Hows the loudness?

I am using them for the first time with the S10+
When using Spotify the music isnt very loud and I have to turn it all the way up. Is this the same with yours?

If you haven’t, disable “Enable Audio Normalisation” in the Playback Settings.

My partner and my dads both have poor sound in left ear....looks like a trip to the Samsung store.

Mine aren’t super loud but I don’t find them too quiet either. FWIW, most of my listening is podcasts and audiobooks.

Had an update recently. Now the music just fades out, rather than completely stops, when a notification comes through. Fixed my only real annoyance with these buds.

Honestly, they've been a terrific purchase.
