This is the one thing so many are saying how amazing it is. Can't wait to see it in my hands.

He said/shows that the Korean version is USB 2 vs USB 3??? What about in the US? Seems to me that's a step backwards?

All versions have USB 2. Apparently they didn't think USB 3 was worth it because the difference in data transfer speed wasn't great enough. And with the new charger, the N4 charges faster than the N3 did anyway.

I played with the note 4 and the edge at best buy last night... very shexi devices. Think I might be sold on a white note 4 :)

In all honesty you can't see just how solid and quality the Note 4 feels like in person through videos/pictures. It even surprised me how solid it felt.

S Note syncs to Evernote. No problem with that.

It's been a while but I recall that sync was just snote being converted to a picture file which evernote could then display, but you would lose any ability to handwrite or manipulate any of the note elements other than just writing over them. It's not like OneNote where it actually syncs, and syncs automatically, plus it keeps handwriting and note elements so they act they same across all platforms. I sync my OneNote to my home desktop, work desktop, surface pro 3, Note 3 and also over the web which can be used on public computers.

It's really some very cool stuff, I encourage you to give it a shot. Also don't forget that handwritten stuff in OneNote is searchable, that's pretty insane IMO. You can have hundreds of pages of handwritten notes and be able to search them!

Actually, I gave up on Snote because I was hitting the back button by accident very so often while taking notes. And having read your post on OneNote some time back, I started using it and I like it very much. So thank you!
Edit:- S Notes synced with Ever note can be manipulated in Evernote as well. It's really the back button issue that is the deal breaker for me with S note .

I really like white versions of Samsung phones. I switched black s5 with white s5 as soon as I saw one in store. One can always get different colors of back plates to make it look different.

Just left Best Buy and wow! The Note 4 is a nice device! The screen is beautiful! Unfortunately, TouchWiz is still there :(

I normally hate white faced phones, but the Note 4 was very decent looking. Very well done, in stark contrast to something like the iPhone 6 plus which looks hideous in white.

I went for white note 4 as it looks stunning to me. I think you could see the metal sides alot better on the white verision. Think I just got bored with the black note colour.

Yeah the white one was nice, I especially like the metal white sides, just stunning how they color matched it. I haven't seen a black one in person yet and I can't rule out that I might get a white one after all.

Here are my impressions of the Note 4:

Screen is WOW. The demo videos look more detailed than I've ever seen on a mobile device, and I'm a screenophile too.

I disabled animations and most apps opened almost instantaneously. The camera app was a *little* slow to open, but pictures were good (I posted one in the Best Buy thread) and look even better on the screen when viewing them. Front camera was good but angle was a little wide, wider than the new iPhone but detail was about as good give or take.

Speaker was disappointing, but wasn't able to do thorough testing.

Bezels are thin! Seemed as thin as the G3 which was impressive, and it never felt heavy to me.

Build quality is the best yet by far for the Note series as others are saying.

They had a white display model, the frame was whiter than I expected I thought it would be more sliver like the iPhone 5 but still very nice. Buttons have a quality feel and the home button doesn't jiggle like the Note 3 did.

The 2.5d glass is nice as you might expect.

That screen though.... seriously is the best thing about this phone that sets it apart from every other phone. iPhone 6 Plus is good but the detail on the Note 4 one ups it in a pretty big way and the COLORS and so vivid, with 4 saturation settings.

Quick settings are super fluid and fast to access. I didn't notice ANY stuttering when interacting with the UI (even before I disabled the animations).
On the other hand the iPhone 6 Plus did stutter a couple times. That GPU clearly can't push all of those pixels without stuttering occasionally.

The thickness of the phone is a non issue. It still feels thin in your hand and the back cover didn't rub me the wrong way at all.

This thing really is like holding a powerful mini computer in your hand. This device is what I was hoping the Note 3 would be... which is the ultimate phablet. Not all would agree with me but this can replace a tablet for me. I don't use tablet specific apps out of necessity so the Note 4 does web browsing just as well, and email tasks, managing and uploading attachments, etc. The 5.7 inch screen is a really good size. "The next big thing is almost here!"

Note 4

Went to Best Buy today here in south Florida. And I was expecting the Galaxy Note 4 to be much better than the Note 3. But boy was I in shock!

This phone is finally a true luxury phone. It is just beautiful.

I can't wait to get it. The white version is stunning!

They didn't have any other colors or the Note 4 Edge.

I took those photos with my Note 3 and the phones side by side, the Note 4 looked gorgeous :D

Just played with the white Note4 today at BB.
This is the best phone on the market period.
Excellent build quality and the screen is just stunning. I'm selling my iPhone 6 and getting this as soon as it's available.
I also believe this phone will be one that I can use for 2-3 years without the need or desire to upgrade when the next big thing arrives.
