I seem to quote you a lot :)

passbook gets a lot of hate, but I have to believe the people who hate on it never use it. I store airline tickets, movie tickets, and starbucks on it. It is way better than having to open each app, and it looks really clean. Maybe when it first came out it was bad b.c it didn't work that great, but that was a month at most. Now it works flawless in my experience.

Also, pulled from that article "6 months and still failing" (which actually says a lot of good things about passbook).

"out of the 1,500 e-ticket buyers, 12 percent chose to receive their tickets via Passbook. This year, 13 teams will allow customers to buy paperless tickets and redeem them through Passbook, according to reports."

I find it extremely useful when traveling for business....no checking a bag and get my boarding pass on my phone = walk in and straight through security.

Plus I can keep track of my miles as well.

And that last paragraph.....I'm super excited for the Rangers to be added at some point....hopefully soon!

Look. It's this simple: new features are new features. Who they're useful to will be entirely relative. The point is, they're adding them for us to have the option.

So it doesn't matter if it's Flyover, or Passbook, or eye-scrolling, or wireless charging, or anything.

New features are new features. They'll be hits and misses, of course, and some more influential than others, but they all ultimately push and shape the landscape of technology.

All for a better tomorrow.

Arguing whether one feature is more useful than the other is a never ending conversation, and worse, arguing that companies shouldn't include new things because they're not useful to you particularly is the suppression of creativity and innovation.

And that's something nobody should want.

It's official. 9 pages of people arguing over a feature that doesn't exist. :D

Tilt the phone to scroll down the page. Makes more sense than eye scrolling.
