hey guys my twitter icon is the original twitter icon but with square edges. when i looked at it on ssh it has the correct title. what am i doing wrong?

Thanks to everyone so far, this thread has been infinitely helpful since I upgraded from 4.2.1 to 5 and have had to redo all my customization work.

I've noticed the "black-box" problem is app-specific, not icon specific. I had several Apps I was attempting to skin with the clear/borderless Glasklart icons that were being very stubborn. Even when I used an icon that worked correctly from a different app (yes renamed correctly and checked via AppInfo), it still displayed with a black-box and border when transfered to the problem apps - despite the fact that it was clearly working elsewhere on the phone.

The fix listed on the first page worked, although as some have mentioned it may be named "AppIconMask@2x~iphone.png". However, this still left me with an undesirable border around an icon that had no border. This can be temporarily fixed by renaming the additional file in the same location - "AppIconOverlay@2x~iphone.png". Also remove shadows easily by changing "AppIconShadow@2x~iphone.png"

missing photo and camera icons (edit: maps is gone now)

i don't have the photos and camera icons. i searched ifile to find the photos folder but couldn't find anything. i found the camera folder but i dont know what to do. i searched google and went through 10 pages and found nothing about the camera and photos icons. i guess my copy of glasklart hates pictures.

EDIT: i got the photos and camera icons now but no maps icon. there is always something wrong with this theme and im not that happy about it

PSD template for Photoshop Elements

I don't know if this is because I'm a noob at Photoshop, but anyways...
The PSD template comes with layers that are grouped, but it seems
like the Photoshop Elements does not support grouping.
So I was wondering if anyone could be so nice and post the template
without any grouping? ^^

New to the forums, but not new to using Glasklart.

Since i have updated to 5.1.1 though, i have had multiple problems with the theme. Mainly the same problems as others in the beginning of this thread. I have tried the methods people have suggested and nothing changes.

Problems like the mail icon being the default IOS format and not the Glasklart themed version.

I tried renaming pngs to get that working, but nothing changes. Then i tried installing the Glasklart_HD pack which that for some reason stuck my phone into a restart cycle.

Is there something i am missing here? I love this theme, but it is becoming so much of a hassle to just get the basic icons to even work.

I am hoping that when i get this figured out, that i can start making my own icons. since i am very fluent with photoshop.

I've been wondering - is there a kind of policy by the theme maintainers how often they update it? It of course doesn't make sense to chase after each small iOS update and adjust to its newest quirks; but then again, we haven't seen an update in a while, and the icon errors etc. as described are truly maddening... All those hints and workarounds presented here are rather helpful, but still some things just don't work - an out-of-the-box functionality would really be nice... :-/
