Google play shipped my chromecast yesterday, that was fast. I should have mine Friday. Now about making the nexus 7 open for preorders.....

I was a bit miffed when they only announced compatibility with the pixel, but good to see that the Samsung chromebook should be supported soon. So if it ever comes to the UK I shall get one.

it just stinks that the content will only be in standard definition. Obviously the device will be hooked to a HDTV so that is a bummer.

The Google Play Store Devices section is getting crazy interesting. I wonder where the Moto X will fit...?

This time Google did an exemplary job of the product launch. With immediate availability I simply couldn't resist the new Nexus 7.2 . In stock at my local Best Buy, I ordered online for in store pickup. A few hours later I stopped in and picked it up.

This experience was every bit as easy and enjoyable as buying an in stock product from my local Apple store. At this rate Google is closing fast on Apple, it's time for the company from Cupertino to shift their focus from legal assaults back to competing in the conventional manner, with excellent products.

Very surprised by this myself. It's about time Google learned how to launch a product. I read they had Asus make 3x more than they did for the first gen nexus.

Also have to commend them for ditching the 8 GB default storage and finally having 32 GB right off the bat.

I wonder where the moto x will fit on their page.
