However, that doesn't mean the Fujitsu drive does 120 Megabytes a second. That is just a theoretical maximum (even high-end esktop drives don't do more than around 80MB/sec). The 540Mb/s (67,5MB/s) of the Hitachi drive sound more like a realistic value.
However, here's a real-world test of the drives (it's a review of the fujitsu 200gb drive but the other drives are listed in the results as well):

I figured (hoped) it was. I am trying to decide if I want to go by the Apple store tonight for the stock 2.33 or CTO with the 160GB drive. Just rcv'd a call they have one for me....This would have made it easy. Thanks for the reply.
