I Experienced this too every 7 or 8 hours, but not only at update tab, but whole appstore
PS : When this happen, all my text replacement not working too
I Allready try this :
Using another internet provider -> problems occur again
Clean restore my iPhone 6S+ -> same results
Set as new phone -> same results
To fix it is easy : Power and Home button reset, after that my icon appears again, and my text replacement working again
BUT in 8 or 7 hours it back ... back like my old memories with my ex ...
