What I find most irritating about this thread is that the OP refuses to offer examples of sites she wishes to download from. So what is she hiding? She doesn't even provide the specs of her h/ware & s/ware. There's no magic bullet.

I've been reading a lot of good things about the website cobalt.tools

Cobalt.tools seems great because you don't need to install any software and risk installing malware and they have a focus on protecting user privacy, which is a huge positive with so many websites trying to steal user information!

It's also open source.
