Almond green is pretty. Bambou isn't a bright green but I thought about it more and I do have matching shirts that could pull it off more than I thought. Still would rather have more fun spring pastel.

I find that to be the case with the orange also.

Yep, I chose Orange Attelage with my S6, and love it way more than the ole firey-orange, Feu.

Can you take a picture with both oranges side by side? I always thought the new Orange was quite close to Feu (and hence never even considered getting it).

With Jaipur and Capucine. I never planned on getting orange but it just popped for too good a price. Glad I saw the light!

They look pretty close here but in my mind Feu skews dark and red in other lighting scenarios where Orange gets more bright and perhaps yellow.

Great side-by-side shot and I can see the red-vs.-yellow tendencies. I still prefer Feu, I think, especially the grain. But for „cheap“ I would surely get Orange as well.

Also, for a second I thought „why the heck did I never get Jaipur, it‘s gorgeous“ … before I remembered it‘s an 38/40 only colour. 😥

Would you be willing to snap a photo of Feu and Spicy Orange (sport band) side by side?

I’ve always wondered if they’re close to the same shade.

Wow, VERY different oranges than I expected side by side. Thank you very much!
As usual it’s hard to make the match from Cupertino to Paris. Even my kumquat solo loop matches Feu in its own way. I guess that’s the magic of both Hermes orange and feu. A little bit of red, a little bit of yellow.

Could anyone show me how the black band with the black hardware looks in a silver stainless steel watch? I really would like to buy the black leather band but I'm worried the metals don't look good together.

Have you considered the new noir deployment? I know $200 for a tiny piece of steel is a gouge to end all gouges, but it is the first time they’ve sold silver hardware noir in years.

As for black on silver, it looks fine. It’s much better than the opposite—the black bezel helps. I’m planning to wear my noir double tour on silver from time to time. I’ll snap a pic soon.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, I can‘t choose the deployment because I exchanged my 44 for a 40 last week. It‘s so sad that Hermes has different bands for the different sizes. Especially black bands would be part of everyone‘s collection I think.
