Hmmm the lugs don’t bother me on the Rouge or the Biscuit. Never been one to care if they don’t match the SBSS. Still on the fence, i am sure it will be ordered in the next day or so, so it delivers by Friday, lol
I called Apple Germany yesterday and was told the 19-21 I see in my order is not accurate. Their system shows 15-18. The Hermes watches are supposed to arrive on launch day or directly after.So my card has been charged and the order is preparing to ship, with 19-21 October arrival. So the Rouge Band in 45mm by itself without the watch here on the US Apple website is not available anymore for delivery or pickup in Apple Store. Looks like that one sold out for now.
Deployment buckle is very convenient and still comfortable, but I find the simple buckle even more comfortable. Is it the same comfort level for you?
I can't imagine the Jumping nylon as comfortable as leather, but many say it's very comfortable. I had the Apple nylon band, which is now discontinued, for a few days and thought it was quite uncomfortable.
The deployment buckle is very comfortable, I personally don’t find the extra hardware getting in the way or causing any discomfort.
The jumping nylon band is such a tight weave and with whatever composition they used in the material itself, I find it to be very comfortable as well. No sharp edges, no loose pointy threads, has a soft feeling, etc. Not as soft and supple as leather but notably better than Apple’s first party nylon bands, at least to me. I’ve gone several days to weeks at times wearing it exclusively and never had an issue with it.
Question for the group. Besides eBay do any of you have a good recommendation of where to sell my 44m Noir/Blanc/Gold Hermes band? I wore it maybe a two times. Put it here in the macrumors marketplace, but not one inquiry yet. It was never one of my favorites, I liked it when I bought it but then I was like, eh. Lol. 🤦🏻♀️

I have that band and it doesn’t come with black hardware. It’s silver. It doesn’t bother me, but a lot of people dislike that hardware not matching.
So last year my Hermes 44 series 6 shipped from TN via fedex. It didn’t ship from china cause it was already in the US. I think that’s why there hasn’t been any shipping info or scans yet
Sure will!! I got my confirmation email at 5:01am. Card was charged on Friday. I think the watches are already in the states. Oops sorry you said from Hermes. I ordere from apple. Hermes isn’t shipping until the 15th.
Is your watch showing as shipping standard or express? I heard somewhere that one meant it's originating in the US and one from China (standard and express, respectively, I think). Mine is showing standard, but it's not estimated to ship until early November.
Yeah, I missed the Apple preorder by 6min and I’m looking at mid November so I also ordered from Hermes.
I think you’re going to have a hard time selling this band. I also own it.
Hermes had stock of it for over a year on their website. Like 24/7 always available. That tells me they either made a boat load of them or people just don’t find it appealing. Whatever the case, you could have gotten a new one just 1-2 months ago so maybe try to sell it again in a year after it’s been off the market. Otherwise you’ll probably have to sell at a steep discount.

I am not sure where you are located. It only certain stores in Los Angeles even carry the Hermes model. The Grove sometimes has them and Santa Monica used to. My local store does not have hem and I have found that most locations don’t. You should try the Hermes website. They are taking preorders for shipping on the 15th.
