Space Black, such a good decision.

I haven't figured out how to get the hands to change color while all the markers are showing, alas. Only dial variants I and II do it; variant III changes the second hand instead. What's the secret?

There is no secret. The picture shows the always-on screen (just way brighter than in real life).

Does anybody who got their Silver Hermes brand new and doesn’t particularly have any abrasions on the case still give it a Cape Cod Cloth polish?

I took a second pass at my pre-loved S7 today and it’s just so shiny. In a way I prob can’t even capture in a photo without HDR share support.

You prefer lots of micro abrasions? I'm on the fence of polishing my Hermes Series 7 or not. Part of me doesn't want the hassle and I probably won't do a good job. Now that I look at my watch, I'm kind of used to these micro abrasions. They don't stick out or bother me.

A few mins of using the cloth gets rid of the abrasions. You really cant mess up, you just take the cloth and rub the steel. But I used to do it now idc about the abrasions lol its more laziness than anything else

I’m just saying does anyone have experience getting benefit from a polish for reasons other than scratches?

So escalated it to a call with senior support and he couldn't find it. He went away to investigate then called me a few hours later. He said it's an 'in the box' item only and it's impossible to order. I told him other people have been able to etc, and although he was trying his best to help, he said there's no way it can be ordered and he's sure of that after checking with lots of departments.

I give up! It basically means if your band breaks you have to use an Apple one.
Same situation for me. I must have chatted and spoke to 10+ advisors from every department possible. Got a really rude sales advisor who actually told me to check ebay or amazon for a replacement sport band. When I asked for a supervisor, she refused to get one, and said none were available. Really bummed that I'm not able to replace my S7 45mm orange sport band.

It’s odd that it’s so hit or miss. I just ordered a replacement Wednesday, via Apple Support on iMessage for my SB S7. They even asked me what color I wanted, so I opted for orange. It arrived yesterday.

I know. I thought it was going to be simple. Are you in the US? Seems like other areas are having no luck, but I thought US customers fared better. I guess not. Did you get the 44mm or 45mm version?

Yes it was in a white sealed box that said 45mm. So did my order confirmation.
Very interesting news. Us here with good success getting the 44 size. But haven’t found one employee who can get the 45 size. I know they are all the same etc

Yeah I was shocked when I saw 45mm. I wouldn’t have cared either way, I just wanted the orange band lol.

Had a callback from Hermes after my escalation. She said that she got the same result as me. Then researched further and actually you can walk into any Hermes store and ask them to order you a replacement orange or black strap. They can do it from their terminal, although not many stores know about it.

I told them, they need to send out a memo or something because this is basic product knowledge their staff should know if they sell these products. She agreed they will be doing that.

Good result!

Thanks for the info. Do you know if you need to bring anything in as proof? These days I switch between wearing my Hermes and Ultra AW (moreso my Ultra), and don't want to go to the store and not be able to order a replacement sport band. I know my serial#, and have a photo of the serial# of the box on my iPhone. Thanks again for any info.

From what she said you just need proof of purchase like your receipt and maybe the serial number.

At the moment I don’t think they’ll be challenging you if you just asked for it even without that.

Maybe once everyone knows they may get stricter.
