Hermès Edition Owners Thread

I could have sworn I was going to send the Ultra back. And then it just clicked with me aesthetically, including with my array of Hermes bands. This is the new Vert Rousseau and I have to say, I shockingly love the combo.

Also have the bleu Lin single tour; noir swift double tour (they briefly made a 44mm version); noir swift single attelage, and the Ultra looks great with all of them. The double tour almost emphasizes the bigness and shrinks it at the same time.

Mind you I have a 170mm wrist, not very big.

I do have my S7 Hermes as a backup but the S8 Hermes is going back in the morning.

Looks great, now if someone would just figure out how to get the Hermes circular face, then would be perfect. :)

Finally manage to get 2 hermes orange sport bands for both sizes for my SB hermes S7 and my wife after spending almost an hour.
Luckily Both advisor know their stuff.

I had tried a couple of times previously (last year) with no success.

I really do love the Circulaire face more than anything. The metropolitan face is quite nice at least.

Posted a few above. I have a series 7 hermes and just sent back my series 8 in favor of keeping my ultra but I’m very surprised at how nicely the ultra wears the Hermes bands I own .

Just discovered that you can use the 'hermes orange' that is only labeled as 'orange' now in the Utility watch face and it gives it nice orange minute markers - none of my other watches seem to have that! What a fun little easter egg. Are there any other watch faces that allow that? Looks great!

Do you mean this color isn’t an option on non-Hermes watches?

Yes, there are now two „orange“ options on the Hermès models because they renamed the Hermès orange to simply orange for whatever reason.

Has anyone had any luck walking into an Apple Store and having them order you a S/M sports band for the 45mm? I've seen some posts about having replacement bands ordered for damaged bands (and the hassle of trying to get that done), but I am curious if anyone was able to convince a store manager to order them a S/M one as a swap out for the M/L. The rep at (800) MY-APPLE told me that they should be able to do it if I go before my two weeks are up ...

PS. I love this thread! All of your beautiful photos convinced me it was time to upgrade from my 38mm Series 3 to the 45mm Series 8. And, it was thanks to the advice found here that I decided to go to the Hermes store in North Jersey to buy it so I could get the extra holes punched in the Gold Swift strap :) .

No such thing exists. Us who have gotten the S/M piece for the hermes orange band have done so through an ebay seller mentioned here a few times who can get them from the factory but there is no way to get them from Apple directly. Also, the hermes black band has no equivalent but most people just use the G1 black s/m piece because it is if not identical, it is close enough. Sorry mate.
