How cute!!

I was thinking of upgrading my H watch but am not really feeling the new series 9 offerings (they’re nice but not personally for me).

I think I’ll just buy a new band because mine after two years of daily wear is, ahem, discolored. The darn thing has held up really nice otherwise.

@Boardiesboi Has your watch gone preparing to ship and what was your ETA for delivery? I wonder are they coming from China this year. Mine is still sitting at preparing to ship since Friday :(
Unless something is different about Australia, Tim Apple’s whole thing is just in time manufacturing, which means launch products def come hot off the press from China

I ordered for pick up at 8am 22/09 this Friday from the Apple Sydney store.

Is your estimated delivery 22/09? If so, you should get it that day (I've never had iPhones or Apple Watches not meet their estimated delivery date - Touch wood).

I'm enjoying the new Radial Dial. I believe it looks very good with the compass complication. WatchOS 10.0 is also a nice upgrade. I find the watch more intuitive and easier to navigate now. I have a Series 7 and will wait until next year to upgrade.
Since I’ve been playing with the 10.0 beta I’ve used the Smart Stack (widgets) to replace the functionality of complications and get to use faces with fewer/no complications more.

Almost all of our iPhones and Apple Watches are shippped locally from a warehouse in Sydney Australia.

The only time this didn't happen was the Series 7 in 2021 when it came directly from China as I think those were delayed everywhere.

I see. Glad I qualified. Does Apple/courier expose just how early they get to Sydney?

In past years, the tracking for release day iPhones and Apple Watches usually show that they are sitting in a warehouse as early as Tuesday or Wednesday before the Friday release.
I guess it’s not so different than them hitting UPS in Louisville, KY here; I just love finding out about all the differences in other places, especially down under. And the idea that it’s just so out of the way from China (and perhaps just not a huge enough cluster of us crazies) special measures need to be taken.

Interesting, mine is 27.09, could only select delivery. Maybe mine is shipping from China where yours will be in Sydney. Thought it might have shipped by now though. Oh well, just have to be patient lol. I am picking up a pink 45mm on Friday so that should keep me going. Strange being without a watch as just sent my Series 8 off to Mobile Monster today.

When ordering from Hermes for launch day items, they really don't ship *until* launch day? Curse you Apple for not selling leather anymore. 😆

They're back in stock. Just placed an order for one after hemming and hawing; I think it'll be slightly too large but might as well try because it is too pretty.
Placed my order as well. Got the black rubber band along with it. The lack of timeframes for shipping is frustrating.

Just saw online stock of it and ordered as well. Do we feel this will be a unique design, limited release? I am new to Hermes bands and saw this and agree just looked very unique and standout!

Could someone with a 41mm post a screenshot (taken on the Watch) of the new Radial face? I'd like to compare it on my 41mm Series 7 to see what it would look like ahead of a purchase of my first Hermès :) (feel free to post a couple other screenshots of other Hermès faces too, if you are in the mood!)

Found on UPS my choice a package coming to me from Clayton,IN from Apple. It weighs 3.2 pounds. I wonder if it is my watch and the extra 2 bands for the package to weigh that much. My phone is shipping from China.

Any ideas everyone??
