Yep S9 here too - really annoying, bought Hermes mainly to use that lucky face haha. Installed 10.0.1 but still no luck, hopefully its fixed soon
Just to flag that I've spoken to apple support/AppleCare today about the Lucky Horse face - they're looking into the issue. If they come back with a fix I'll post it here
Try removing the face from your watch and then re-adding it directly from your phone. Someone mentioned that working for other face glitches on the Ultra. It's worth a shot!

I never had the Jumping but the new woven band is fine. At least we can still get leather from Hermes. But the Kilim bands are nice.
The Kilim is me new favorite band!!! Have orange and rouge. Looking to get navy next!!
I like that one too. But I think I’ll get navy first. They are both on my radar. I didnt expect to like the kilim this much.
Ok I feel really dumb, I just noticed the design on the kilim has H’s on it. Never noticed it before. Did anyone else notice this???

Yes I saw that as soon as they were announced. They are like intertwined Hs. That’s the main reason I like it so much haha
Going to the Apple Store this afternoon to return the 41mm and hopefully exchange to 45mm on the spot.
I can’t believe I didn’t notice it! I have had a tough few weeks since the announcement. Been sick with cellulitis so haven’t been paying as much attention.

I feel like it’s very small. I’m normally the second smallest hole on sport and Hermes bands. But this band, I’m the fourth smallest hole.
Good band for petite people but not so good if you have a thicker wrist. FYI

I had it and returned it. Thought it was too small for 45mm and I didn’t like it at all. Very flimsy in construction and not very durable at all. Sent it back yesterday and will get another Kilim banded instead.
I am a 7/8 solo and a M/L sport band.
I disagree about the quality. I really enjoy it but just an observation. IMO, it’s one of the most unique bands yet.
Apple claims it fits the same sized wrists as other bands but I find that hard to believe.
So I exchanged the 41mm for the 45mm in store and it was a painless experience.
I love the width of the band much better. The 41mm seemed too thin (probably cos I’m used to the width of the 45mm bands).
Also the smallest hole fits my wrist so I won’t need to add any holes myself. Maybe the thicker rubber makes a difference.
I got the Kaki Kilim. Ignore the pile of shoes in the background 🤣

How do you like the color? I’m torn between ordering that or the navy? Want both just trying to figure out what to order first.., lol.
Just ordered the Khaki since Apple is out of stock in the US for the Navy for delivery. Khaki wil look so good on my SBSS Series 9. It’s also the only color that is unique to 45mm
Will order navy when it’s back in stock in 45mm. It will replace the Bridon that I returned.
It wont ship until October 18-25 which is fine.
I think I am on the road to getting all of the Kilim bands with only black and navy left. Because of the durability of the material I can wear it as my daily driver as even if I don’t go out which with the leather bands I never wanted to do for fearing of ruining them.
