Same here - I have a backorder with the Beton which ordered directly from Apple just before they became unavailable. I'm also checking the Hermes website every day to see if they get any new stock 😂

I wish I weren't as indecisive when these were launched otherwise I would have one on my wrist now.

Yeah, I need 46mm. Hopefully South Coast Plaza gets them and I don’t have to make the drive to the Grove. SCP had a green last week, but I want to buy the blue and orange first.

Ok. Got it!!! The orange is my favorite from last year. This year my favorites are the Beton and the Bleu. The Bleu is just stunning in person!! I was going to wear it today but got
lazy to change out the band and instead am wearing the green for the 3rd day straight.

I've had my Noir swift deployment for a while, and there's a such a stealthy, classy element with the combination of silver and black. Like Bruce Wayne's most sophisticated tuxedo.

Are the 45mm bands fully compatible with the 46mm series 10 Hermes? Can you tell that the 45mm lugs are narrower and do things look strange?

Same width but they protrude more as the 46mm lug channels aren’t as deep; about half a millimeter on the front and a millimeter on the back.

Worse on 41mm->42mm though, as 42mm is wider.
 
Question: Are there serial numbers on the Apple and/or Hermes bands? I thought I heard that there was a tiny number on the middle tab of one of the lugs. Can someone clarify this?

Excuse my hairy arm lol. But man! I’m loving this single tour black band. The leather feels premium and so elegant looking in my opinion. I might have to order the brown one of these days.

S10 with Vert Criquet single tour (45mm from last season).

Comparison shots are with SS S7 (left), SBSS S9 (middle)

The S10 feels much wider than the S7 and S9 and is very much a square. Definitely feels lighter and thinner on the wrist.

looks great with that band! so i'm assuming you were able to purchase an older band with the S10 in the hermes boutique?

I agree the watch is more squarish but after about a week that feeling goes away. at least it did to me. It now looks apple watch shape. It took a few days for me but the shape slowly grew on me. I love the way it looks now.

Yea they basically had the S10 Apple Watch case separate and sealed, and you could choose any band they had in stock to go with it.

I never asked but I wonder whether you could just buy the Apple Watch case as the sales assistant scanned them separately and quoted a price for the watch case, which is the total price of the combo on their website minus the price of the band itself.

Why not? If you can swim with it, then you should be able to clean it. I would check with Hermes about cleaning soap types. Apple says you can use soapy water. I assume this means mild hand soap. 🧼
