Anyone else here own any Textile double tours or used them?

I got a Rouge H Bridon Double Tour for a killer price not long ago and haven't been as impressed as the Leather Double Tours, mostly because theres no real structural rigidity like the leather DT has to prevent the long bit from sitting flat on wrist. This lack of structure makes the long bit eventually moving its way under the watch which causes it to lock itself more often since it cant detect wrist.

Pic 2 is example of how it ends up after few mins of use. It slides further under watch eventually. My Leather DT's I wear of 3rd biggest hole comfortably, but this one is a tighter fit on 3rd, same fit on 2nd biggest hole, and very snug of 4th. All of the holes I've tried end up doing same thing

Im curious if others have experiences or advice, or how it compares to other textile DT's like Torsade for example. I do like the style of it and would like to keep but it is an annoying thing to deal with, but worst case i have no issues parting with it

Could you show the band that goes with that face? Or any bicolor bands? Or the face that goes with that band?
Took some quick snaps, mind the white balance. This is the only bicolour band I have. I think craie/indigo Hermes face is a good match.

Or maybe what you call bicolour isn't this band? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Edit: added a couple shots of the encre face colour, I suppose it's the more appropriate one for this band, but I really dig the split colour options.

Hmm, never use it anyway as Radial and Lucky Horse are my go-to but it seems wrong. Did it have a seconds hand before?
Ah my bad. It does have a seconds hand, but not always. The split colours and gradients, for example, don't have them. The colour options that only affect the seconds hand has... a seconds hand 😅

it’s the most comfortable band I’ve used to date. Hopefully we get more colors for the spring/summer

No it’s the only band they offer with matching titanium clasp/lugs …but it does look incredible with one of my favorite bands the Baltic Blue leather link

Have you ever had any problems with the strap attachment to keep the excess strap in place? It keeps coming off, I have the impression that it is too wide or every time I move the watch it comes off a little more.

Perhaps I wear mine tight enough (too tight?) this doesn’t happen. My issue with this band is that it feels scratchy.

Wonder when (and if?) the Grand H Satiné bands are available again…

Small size is available on Hermes.com right now. Has been for a few days. It was available on Apple.com briefly for a while a few days ago.

Mildly off topic - turns out Hermes leather responds well to coconut oil & beeswax. View attachment 2440662 Which takes me to my on-topic question. Does anyone have real-life pics of Bleu Jean leather?
As a young and panicky first-time Fauve buyer I got the Fauve Rallye and immediately darkened it with coconut oil in reaction to getting it wet.

Don’t really regret it as factory Fauve looks so underbaked to me.

The color looks quite a bit lighter in the first photo compared to the second. If you had to choose, would you say one is closer to real-life than the other?
Yeah the first one was taken in the summer in much brighter light, whereas the second one is on a cloudy early spring day. I'd say that second one is probably more representative of how it looks under "normal" circumstances.
