Very interesting thatappleguytoday! Thanks for the info and the pictures. I had to take an alternative - it became the "casaque noir bambou" - whch I wanted anyway.

How does the "en mer" feel? I assume, the "forgot" to add enough holes for small wrists on this "male" band as with all other bands.

Did you get that strap from a second hand place - looks awful, like a homeless person had it but then even they said - nah

I will make sure to tag you every time I post photos of it since you like it so much

The feel of the band is incredible and easily the best fabric Hermes band I’ve used. Top shelf comfort.

My eBay guy has Beton Kilim in both sizes in stock

It looks twice as thick as Apple’s Link Bracelet and it’s got a chunky clasp so it should be very hefty.

Fingers crossed 46mm Large restocks.

Which takes me to my on-topic question. Does anyone have real-life pics of Bleu Jean leather?

46mm Hapi Double Tour!

VFtj7kJ.jpeg

Swapped 44mm Attelage hardware into it as the Hapi buckle droops lower than the Watch case on the wrist without it and I prefer them more level.

f0s3IIa.jpeg

Also the sizing range on their website is lying, substantially. I’m halfway between the sizing holes on a normal Single Tour and with the added size from the Attelage lug, halfway between the sizing holes on the Hapi here. I was expecting to be at the largest hole, if not having to punch an extra. Absolutely not the minuscule 10mm sizing range difference between the 42mm and 46mm Double Tours as they claim. But also their measurements are different between inches and mm so they’re neither good at measuring nor math it appears.

Anyway, band is very comfortable and I’m not worried about it scratching the Titanium case at all; took five or so minutes of fiddling with it to get the excess strap into the fresh keeper and in that time the buckle was constantly scraping against the Watch case—but it still looks mint.

Now I want that 45mm Gourmette Metal!

That is hot hot hot. And yeah this is the one where Apple and Hermes have wildly different listed sizing ya?

And yeah nothing is more annoying than fresh swift being so friction-y haha.

Apple doesn’t sell the leather anymore nor did they ever have 44/45/46mm Double Tours but Hermès has always listed them as being only 5mm-10mm longer than the 40/41/42 DTs (given the constraint of the length of the box I believed it) and that’s clearly inaccurate here.

Now I need to know how the others fit.

Looks amazing!

So are you saying the band holes make the sizing too big that you need to punch an extra hole to fit your wrist? How big is your wrist and what is the Hermès sizing range they quote?

They quote it fits 145mm to 170mm wrists on their site but I’m 175-180mm so I figured I’d need at least the Attelage lug to add another 5mm or another hole punched for it to fit but as you can see I’m actually in the middle of the sizing holes available (there’s room for me to tighten it up to be the same hole even without the Attelage lug) so the sizing range they quote is incorrect.
