One Grand costs a grand and the other grand has a risk of e.coli 😅at least here in the states.
I'm safe since I'm a no onions kind of guy :p
And with Cassis/Magnolia jumping single tour…I am Jumping (H Vibration motif) complete!
 I'm glad my completeness itch is only limited to weird video game stuff instead of something that crazy/impressive :p

We need pics of the complete collection!
The idea of getting them back in their orange boxes and the boxes in the order my brain knows is daunting.

Also I find I’m really bad at strapping the two pieces together off-wrist for photos. As far as really stressing the holes to get them back apart?

2 grand for a brand new cuff. Probably one of the only new cuffs left in the world.

the question though is, is it so old at nearly 10 years, is it in style anymore? cuffs were a big thing 10 years ago. Now? Not so much.
There is a cheaper one listed, but not on eBay. Included watch too IIRC but its still well over a grand. It's definitely quite a look, even relative to the double buckle cuff from back then.

Even though the double buckle cuff is noticeably smaller since it's meant for the 38 mm watch and small wrists, it's still a big band overall. I thought I would hate the style when I got it but it's becomes genuinely one of my favourites.

I feel like it's the sort of thing that depends more on how you dress than the band itself. The Double Tours are arguably also quite huge and can vaguely fall in similar camp of criticism as the cuffs, but they look great. The resident style god Bona Mish is great example.

My initial take is that it fits a bit more snugly than other bands. I normally wear my Circulaire H band at the first loop, so I ordered the small Grand H (145-160mm). It does fit, though in retrospect I might have ordered the medium (160-175) and removed two of the links for a bit more room.

That said, it is much nicer looking than the Apple Link Bracelet.
Day 2 update. The fit is actually pretty good. I will keep the Small. It is a nice looking band and IMO worth the $900 premium over the “regular” Apple Steel Link bracelet combo.

I’ve always gotten the larger size for Apple Watches but the Hermes band colors and options for the smaller watch size are so tempting. Do any of you wear the 44/45/46mm watch with 40/41/42mm bands? I know the lugs will be smaller than the space allotted for it but does it impact comfort levels (will things snag against the sides) and so on?

That is my entire life and my entire collection, but not by choice. I have tiny tiny 150mm wrist and not a single 45mm fits me, even after Hermes punched 2 extra holes to make 45mm bands smaller. Literally *none* of the 45mm fit me other than the super rare 45mm Double Tours.

I got a SIngle Tour, a looooot of Double Tours(Attelage, Normal, Gourmette), a Bridon Single Tour, Double Buckle Cuff, all of which I use with a 45mm Series 7 Gold Steel just fine. At first the fact that the lugs didn't line up with the watch body bugged me, but I stopped caring real fast when the compliments from strangers started rolling in.

As far as daily driving goes, absolutely no issues. No comfort problems, no snagging, no nothing. It Just Works.

Its totally viable strategy if you yourself don't mind the lugs situation and punching single hole via Hermes doesn't make the bands fit.

If it ends up bothering you, you could always get separate lugs for the larger Watch and put the 38/40/41/42 bands on those.

Does anyone have the En Mer and can also try it with the standard 46mm non-Ultra, as I wonder how it would look.

I have both an Ultra 2 (non-Hermes) and an S10 Hermes.
