Apple sent a survey today about my S10 purchase.

Standard questions, except they asked what watch would I buy if the Series 10 wasn’t available?!? (Are they thinking about getting rid of the Series lineup and pushing the Ultra for high end and the SE for low end???) They also asked me why didn’t I buy an Ultra.

They also asked for feedback on the Torsade band. I was very honest in that it was junk.

I had a similar survey when I bought my Series 9. I also was of the same of mind that I wondered if Apple is trying to gauge if they need to cut out the “middle” tier and have only the SE and then the Ultra.

I can’t find the 46mm Series 10 with the ‘Grand H’ watch band anywhere in Europe. Am I missing something, or are they out of stock?

Seems it's currently out of stock here in Germany. Ordered mine on release day with my favourite leather band directly from Hermès, and ordered the Grand H Satiné band from the Apple Store site two weeks ago. But it really was available only for a few hours, so I was lucky.

They pop up in stock and don't last but a few hours. I'd continue to check daily as they have been popping up more on Hermes website but they usually sell out within a few hours.

For me an expensive thing is worth it if it gives me joy every time I use it. I used to collect Montblanc pens and literally every time I picked one up I fell in love with it all over again.

For me, the Kilim is like that. I love how it looks, I love how easy it is to put on and take off. It feels premium, even if I don’t agree with others on the comfort level, though I continue to grow used to it.

I bought mine as a little gift to myself because, well, sometimes you have to treat yourself 😁

Controversially, I didn’t really feel like that about my leather deployment. It was … fine. But I didn’t love it. I appreciated the quality. I’m still pondering selling it. I’m all Kilim all the time now. And the Hermes Sport is trash by comparison.
I just got my Kilim band in orange for my ultra 2 and it’s incredible. It looks very premium luxury. It feels amazing.
I have a couple of the Hermes leather bands but they stain so easily on hot days because of just a little perspiration and never mind if I really start to sweat. I feel if you tend to sweat easily the darker leather would be the go to if you really want leather. But this kilim band is the very best band for me.

Had to order it after all those beautiful pics here 🫠😬🤤

Also, how expensive is a divorce?! Asking for a friend with a watch band problem…
Divorce: expensive.

Constantly feeling the heavy weight of the Grand H on your wrist reminding you that you chose stylish luxury over your marriage: priceless.

Loving the Grand H like everyone else. Just brushing my fingers on the steel links gives me joy 😝

But anyone find that with minor changes in wrist size during the day, sometimes it feels too loose, sometimes it feels too tight?

My Apple link bracelet does this. I’d say normal. Yay humanity.

My Omega has an adjustable clasp, really good for intra-day adjustments.

That’s the only thing the GH needs.
Agreed, but I also think it needs to be made out of titanium to match the watch material. I won’t even consider it because of this. I wish they used a variation of the H08 titanium watch band because it is so beautiful. Saves me money at least.
