Agreed, but I also think it needs to be made out of titanium to match the watch material. I won’t even consider it because of this. I wish they used a variation of the H08 titanium watch band because it is so beautiful. Saves me money at least.

Agree, it needs to be titanium but they can certainly make an adjustable clasp *if they want to*.

This week I received my polished Hermès Ultra 2. I think Apple and Hermès should have released the Ultra 2 like this. The Ultra2 is polished in the same silver as the Hermès Series 10. It is simply beautiful.
Since all Hermès bracelets have a polished connection and clasp, it goes perfectly with all bracelets.

On Friday I was lucky enough to buy a Grand H bracelet from the Hermès store in Zurich, Switzerland.
This combination of appearance and weight makes it an absolutely noble piece. I like it better than any Rolex.

Here are a few pictures of the polished Hermès Apple Watch Ultra 2, with different watch bands:

Actually looks pretty nice! I still think the ultra is a bit too bulky for my taste even for my 7.5 in wrist (I had it for a year prior to going back to the smaller series 10 watch), but this definitely is the best iteration of the ultra I've seen, esp with the hermes Grand H! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your feedback. I like to have big watches, for me the Ultra is exactly what I needed. I previously had a Series 4 in 44mm for 5 years. The change was an enrichment for me.

Like how it should’ve been from the get go. Stunning!

Just out of curiosity, how is the S10 silver finish holding up to scratches compared to the old SS models?
I have significantly less scratches than ever before. Usually by now Id have tons of tiny scratches on my prior models. I only have 1 scratch I can see on the side right away without looking everywhere under lighting to see more. Pretty wild

Was the Grand H band ever available through apple.com? I see it listed but says unavailable online and in stores. I would have expected it to show long shipping times if it was just out of stock. I get a discount though Apple so I prefer to purchase it there rather than from Hermes.

Yep bought mine through Apple.

They become available randomly and lasts a few days before they’re sold out.

I ordered last week from Apple as well, I think it was up for a day. I also wanted to take advantage of the Apple Card cash back and easier exchange if size was an issue.

Absolutely, I ordered mine from apple.de. Here in Germany all sizes in both 42 and 46 mm are currently available for shipping in the first half of January.

This might be a stupid question but is there any difference between S, M, and L on their Hermes Grand H band other than the number of removable links? Like if I’m not sure if M is too small or L is too big, shouldn’t I just get L and remove extra links? Am I missing something?

You’re only able to remove up to one link on each side of the bracelet so if you need any adjustment beyond that then you would need to size up or down accordingly.

It’s also literally a standard bracelet and the other links have pins that can be removed with tools by either yourself or a jeweler so technically the large should fit everyone—unless extra links are necessary.

Oh yes I didn’t think about using tools to remove the other links! Haha. That could explain why the L is constantly out of stock.

Very nice result! Did you polish this yourself? If not, who offers such a service? Does this finish stay like this, or will you need to polish it again after some time?

Do the Double Tour bands run small? Those that own one do they feel comfortable, particuarly if you have smaller wrists? I really like the look of the Double Tour Hapi. I have small wrists though and I'm wondering if it would feel a bit too much. I have the 42mm Apple Watch with the Single Tour band in Etoupe currently.

I have the 41mm Bridon double tour. It fits fine on me and I have fairly small wrists (I wear my single tour leather bands on the smallest hole).

That said, the textile bands are certainly different than the leather ones and I'm not the hugest fan of the way the Bridon texture feels. I tried an Attelage double tour some time back and it fit fine too, granted I felt awkward with the sales rep right next to me so I didn't hem and haw too much over which hole offered the best fit.
