This chart is amazing AND torturous! Dying for that Bleu Paon Double Tour and the Equateur. Sigh. Shoulda jumped on the watch bandwagon (sorry, couldn't resist) much sooner.

Yesterday I went and picked up both the Ebene deployment band as well as the Fauve Rallye. I ordered a knockoff clown strap from Etsy, but I’ve got low expectations on that one.

So, as an update, I did end up swapping my Ebene Barenia deployment band yesterday, and while the new one isn’t a perfectly tight fit, it does seem less loose and rattling than the other one. Come to think of it, my Fauve Barenia single tour is slightly loose too at the bottom connector of the watch (same spot), but it doesn’t bother me there. I really love both Barenia bands.

The Hermes edition isn't available in gold. .
I found my S0 black link today - fits snug as can be. May be it's the lugs Hermes has - all four of my straps fit loose.

I’m thinking of getting it again because I like how I can put on one of the Hermès faces and make the AW look like a good-looking mechanical watch. I’d get one of the simple pin buckle straps to save money and because it’s more comfortable. The deployment buckle is still very comfortable and I’m glad I got it, because it’s interesting.
If I can sell the AW4 with the Hermès orange sport band I’ll get the AW5. Do you I can get $600-$700 for a 1 year old Hermès AW with the Hermès orange sport band if sport band is unused?

Do any Hermès watch faces allow adding the Countdown Timer complication?
In a hurried try-on today, using the arabic numeral Hermès face, I attempted to add the Countdown Timer complication at the 6:00 location. Unfortunately, that complication wasn't among the available complications, as I scrolled through the complications list. Can that be true, or did I simply overlook that complication?
If it is true, can the Countdown Timer complication be added at any other location on an Hermès face? (NOTE: I'm not asking if the Timer complication can be added to the traditional Apple faces on an Hermés watch.)
If this useful complication can't be added to an Hermès face, then I've just saved $1,300!

I sold my series 3 Hermes with orange sport band only for $400. Hard to find a buyer as they all wanted my leather deployment buckle which I wasnt selling.
I wouldn't want somebody else's leather band as leather soaks in sweat! Anyway, that sounds like I could sell a 1-year old Hermes AW (just the watch) for $300-$350. Probably closer to $300. Apple was paying $250 for the regular SS. With the Hermes faces maybe they're worth an extra $50, plus the Hermes version has 2 years of warranty, not 1 year.
I wonder what the marketing profile of a typical Hermes AW customer? Same customers who like Hermes's other products?? Customers who like mechanical watches? Who would want a Hermes AW? I don't even know the typical SS buyer. I only see SS AW once in a while on Apple Specialists. And they get a good discount from Apple.
