My band adapter also fell apart...barely lasted me over 2 weeks. I am missing one spring, contacted the seller to see what we could do. This sucks.

PS, my Hoco black leather band looks and feels awesome but the buckle on it has a gold-ish tint to it. Does not match the stainless on the watch imo.

These are a perfect match for the five bead. My seller reimbursed me $15 to buy them so I wouldn't have to send it back.

This is the pice that tends to fall out on the five bead. View attachment 561775
Yes they look same but unfortunately don't ship to canada.

I managed to find one of the two springs on the floor. Anyways I can wait and keep strap until one day I can find a adapter - maybe click will ship one day LOL

My seller doesn't understand English very well and doesn't seem to understand my concerns.

I thought that might be the case from the product photo. Believe I asked you about it in your original thread when you were looking to replace the BCB. It would bug me. If you are happy enough with the band you can buy buckles and swap. I believe buckles are all on spring pins so can easily be removed.

Before my AW I never had to know what a lug, spring pin, etc was! A totally new world has opened up.

The buckle can be easily removed and change to match your liking. Also the "old" type adapter for the 3 beads is safer than the new spring loaded type. Since the pin and the holes are likely to fail if not made with good quality. Unlike the old adapter type, its held together by 2 screws and less likely to fail. Something to consider ...

If you don't want your watch to simply drop to the floor one day, i suggest sticking to the screw type adapter for now until a spring loaded adapter available from a reputable brand.

If anyone has a 42mm 5 bead they want to sell please let me know. Would rather not wait 2 weeks for one from China on Amazon.

Keep an eye out on Amazon the next few days as various sellers (including the one I bought mine from - iVapo US) gets stock frequently and ships from Amazon's US warehouses.

Interesting, didn't know that iVapo has a US side, but too late now, got my 3 bead Hoco band monday and from their Chinese office and it's been perfect. Loving that it came with a resizing tool as well.

Correct. If you buy it directly from iVapo US on Amazon, the seller will ship it (which is coming from China from what it looks like).

However, every now and then, you'll see the Prime logo on the item indicating it's sold by iVapo US, Fulfilled by Amazon - which I would assume means iVapo US sent Amazon some stock to put in their US warehouse. I placed my order on 5/27 (when it was fulfilled by Amazon) and received it on 5/29. Keep checking if it stocks up in the US, and I'll do the same and report back if I notice it as well :)

I see iVapo US has them in stock rn. It just says delivery is in like 2-3 weeks though that's what got me confused.

Got my 3-bead today and WOW! I'm impressed! LOVE the width and the finish. Took a link out with the included tool and it fits great. (I have about a 190-195 mm wrist.) Ordered through Amazon. Got to me in 10 days.

What seller is it? Maybe it's the same one I bought mine from. He has funny English but I can understand what he's trying to say. I had him tell me that an adapter was $5 through Hoco. I asked for 2 because I fear the other one on my band will fall apart. He agreed to send me 2 free of charge.

I have a brand new 42mm 3-bead with link removal tool if anyone wants it - I got impatient and bought the Apple Link band while waiting for Amazon delivery. I can ship this one to you much quicker than Amazon too.

Yes, I am the same guy that sold the 5-bead last week. I ordered both :)

UPDATE: SOLD.

I guess you are selling at the same price as on Amazon?

Received my 5 bead, now have the 3 and 5 bead. I like both but like the 5 bead more, maybe because it is a bit narrower. Although I think I like the clasp on the 3 bead more. A merger of the two would be perfect, but at the price I have no complaints.

I posted this in the "Third Part Band/Strap" thread. But here is my 38mm space gray with black stainless hoco band from eBay. Adapters were included and they are a perfect fit. I had too remove 3 links to make it fit my wrist snug.

That looks great, would you mind posting the link for where you picked it up please.

Thanks!
