I agree with the 'loop' look for the other one. I considered this one you posted but that picture (#6 on eBay on the wrist) had me a bit hesitant seeing how the attachment doesn't appear to be parallel to the watch case itself...

I see exactly what you're saying, but I also found this photo on a different vendor's page and it might just be a matter of the band's tightness on your wrist.

This photo also shows more of a gap between the adapter and the band, but other photos show no gap. Whatever, I just ordered one to find out. If I don't like it, I'll sell it and hold out for something better.

Too bad the buckle isn't stainless. Not bad, otherwise. I like how a bright red strap looks on the SS

When did you order? All the eBay ones say June is when they'll ship. Link?

Added this to the metal link bracelet thread, but since it seems appropriate for this thread as well.

Got my Hoco stainless bracelet today. I'm extremely happy with it so far. I took two links out of it and it seems just about perfect (snug but not tight), but I'll have to see if that changes any throughout the day, etc.. I just referred to a Youtube video about removing links and was able to do it with some tools I scrounged around the house.

I've never worn a watch with a metal band before, so this is new to me, but I think the quality is pretty good -- particularly for the price. You can get about a dozen of these bands for the price of the Apple one. The connectors are a little harder to attach to the watch than the ones on the sport band, but that might be because the band is metal rather than rubber. In any case, they seem secure.

The only real complaint I have is that it attaches via a bar rather than something that's a bit more integrated with the watch, but I don't think most people would even notice that if they were looking at the watch from a normal distance.

I've got very hairy arms (deal with it haters!) and so far I haven't had any trouble with the band pulling at my hair, which was a worry of mine.

Man, I wish they made a BLACK Stainless steel band, I'd buy that in a heartbeat for my 42mm SG Sport.

Yeah I want a black one too. Kinda worried that I have a space gray watch and how the SS band will mix, oh well. Couldn't pass up the price and shipping within US. But in the back of my head I'm entertaining the idea of maybe spray painting it black?

Sounds like a terrible idea, to be honest. Even the proper black stainless (unless it's DLC) will wear off pretty quickly. But spraypaint?

agree! I probably won't go through with it, just a thought. A black link would look SO nice on the space gray.

I had wondered about places that powder coat or black chrome wheels for cars. Its usually pretty cheap so its gotta be very cheap for something as small as a watch band.

I just couldn't do an adapter that comes out with the bar....

Anyone receive the 5 bead band yet?

I ordered a Hoco 5 bead band (for my 38mm) on eBay. Hong Kong seller. Just got a notice that my order was cancelled because it is on back order. Looks like a lot of sellers are listing the 38 as out of stock.

Anyone have one on the way?

That looks very nice! I ended up ordering one of those for my watch today!

Best pics I've seen of this one so far! Looks great on your wrist. As I've mentioned my only pet peeve is that bar, but otherwise it looks great.

As I posted in another thread, I was contacted by the seller I ordered from that he was getting ready to ship when he was notified by the manufacturer of a problem with the 38mm version and they were told to send them back pending a corrected version. I was offered the original version or a refund. I don't like the hacked-on look of the bands on the bar adapters, so I got a refund.

Thanks for the info. Should have figured something like this must have happened.

Anyone order/receive the 42mm version (Hoco 5 bead band SS)?

I have ordered this hoco band from Amazon can't wait to get it, I'm going to be installing it on my space gray sport version should be a unique combination with the space gray,

Btw the 5 bead version looks terrible with the thick last link that connects to the watch, the way it looks on the hand is just not right in my opinion, the three bead version looks fantastic just beautiful.

I love metal bracelets I have had one with my breitlling for years so it's only right to get one for my Apple watch and for the price you can't beat this hoco band

I think the 5-bead version looks odd in the photo they have on the auction because it's on a woman whose arm is really a bit too small for it.

Wow that looks amazing bro! I knew the combination will look solid. Just beautiful! Very professional. That's why I got the hoco bracelet I don't like how the sport band makes the watch look sort of cheap in a way. The metal bracelet gives it a very nice look.

Thanks for sharing the photos!

I've only seen the stock photos on line. I really want a SS band but don't like the Apple one. Went ahead and ordered a 3 bead version. Picked the US seller and just got a message it already shipped. Hope it's legit. :)
