OK is THIS nuts!

I am thinking that I want a HOCO band for my AW arriving tomorrow BUT I have 235mm wrists.

If I purchased 2 bands and used the links from the second one would that work?

I think it would, since they aren't different shapes or sizes.

Anyone have an answer to this?

I just received a brown leather Hoco band today. I was very surprised that it actually looks and smells like real leather. I wish they used something besides the brassy colored clasp but in every other way, this is a great buy.

Received my hoco stainless steel band today, from a USA seller, Ordered last week. Quality is good for the price.

But I sold my Sports SG last weekend and now waiting on a SS one. Just found the sports one too much of a fitness tracker and not much of a watch, and not many bands would match. So now I have a band but no watch. Lol :(

How much did you sell the sport version for? eBay or Craigslist?

How does this band feel after a days worth of use at work? Do you have to rotate it out at night or can you wear it all day?

How tight to your wrist do you have it?

It's pretty comfortable to me, although I'm still slightly undecided about how tight to wear it. If I remove two links, it's snug and generally feels good but can sometimes feel like it's slightly too tight. But if I only remove one link, it's pretty loose and feels more like a bracelet than a watch. This is where micro adjustments would come in handy.

$600 on Craigslist Memorial Day. It's in launch unit. Apple has said a month till I get the SS, the wait is gonna be miserable. Lol.

thats a decent price, someone would have to offer me 700 for me to give up my space gray sport and make me wait a month for an Stainless steel model lol, if i did get an offer for 700 for my space gray sport ill probably let it go and order a stainless steel version even though i really like my space gray sport, im going to be applying the 3 bead hoco band to my space gray apple watch which will be an interesting combo

My 3 bead Hoco initial impressions

Not sure I can top that YouTube video in the post above for pics.

Just got the 3 bead band today for my 38mm. Very impressed with the quality and fit. The packaging also was very substantive. The band gives the watch more heft and makes it feel more like a real watch in good ways. I am also very pleased with the adapters which are extremely well fitting.

I'm coming from a classic buckle which is a little narrower band. I like that this band is wider (22mm). Those who don't like a more chunky band may feel differently. I have a 170mm wrist and need three links removed. It looks like several more can be removed so this should fit even much smaller wrists. The clasp mechanism is easy to operate and the band is extremely comfortable. I don't see any issues wearing this all day.

The only cosmetic cons I see now to be super nit picky is that the band is all brushed steel which contrasts a bit with the polished SS watch body. Some may like that look however. I'm ok with it and it doesn't bother me. But I did notice it. It still is a very attractive band with very clean lines. The brushed steel also should not scratch as easily.

I also don't really care for the Hoco branding stamp at the clasp but they are entitled to it I guess and it is fairly unobtrusive.

All in all a huge thumbs up. I would have bought this band with the watch outright if it were offered. Well worth the $30-60 price tag people are paying now.

Yeah, I'm sure I could have gotten more but starting in June watches will be available in stores and less of people wanting to use Craigslist. And yes the wait will be miserable but I think it's worth it for the SS, just wasn't too happy with the Sports. If I hadn't gotten 600, I would have ended up keeping it. So really it's only a $50 upgrade, I'll take it. $50 being the tax.

And at least I got to use it for a month and not like most people that haven't even received theirs. :)

Got a chance to get the band sized at a local jeweler. Mine did not come with a link remover kit. Here's a few pics. A couple pics have the plastic wrap on it because I was excited to try it on. This band makes me like my AW all the more. :)

That band looks fantastic! We just need to start getting better adapters coming to market specifically for link bands. I just can't stand the look with the straight bar personally.
