Thanks for the pictures. I was hesitant on ordering before because the picture they (the sellers) always show makes the band look weird but I now believe that the person/model they used has a real small wrist.
I have the 3 bead on order also but I like how the 5 bead looks so I ordered one from link you provided (in other post). I sorta like how the strap on the 3 bead band itself looks over the 5 bead but the connection to adapter is superior on the 5 bead because one doesn't see the wire on the adapter. Not expensive to try and the way I look at it is can't have too many bands and I still saved hundreds of dollars over the ugly apple link band.

I am thinking that I want a HOCO band for my AW arriving tomorrow BUT I have 235mm wrists.
If I purchased 2 bands and used the links from the second one would that work?

I think it would look fine, it's a brushed stainless steel so it's not as shiny as the Apple Watch SS.

Isn't it possible to get a hold of just the adapter for the 5 beads and fit it with the 3 beads bracelet? Or maybe it doesn't even fit?

Purchased the 5-bead link off Amazon just yesterday (with an estimated delivery of next Tuesday - because it was out of stock, to be restock on the 30th) and lo and behold, it was shipped today with other items I've ordered and should be here tomorrow. Can't wait!
not sure where you've seen them, but...
on taobao in China there are two definite versions of their leather band. one has flatter looking leather with a gold (why?) clasp, the other more textured leather and a nicer looking fastener. and i it had HOCO PREMIUM stamped inside, didn't see that on any of the pics for the other one. so there *should* be a difference.
