I’m using a 14 Pro now.

I honestly don’t notice the island. And in actually surprised as it feels like it takes way less space. Even if it doesn’t. It feels like it does.

It’s about as noticeable as the notch - basically not at all after a few seconds of use.

It’s not better. It’s WORSE. The notch is far less distracting as you can ignore it. Though the idea of the Dynamic Island is clever, in practice it’s way more annoying than the notch.

Exactly. One of the main reasons i went with the 14 plus

IYHO it's worse, obviously there are people that enjoy it.

But if it's that much of a game breaker for you then you can buy a different phone, no one is forcing you to buy an iPhone.

I just want that deep purple. Yet no one has any in stock. Sure I could order one, but I don't trust shipping my product out and getting the trade in value given. Easier in store.
