My personal iPads are the 2011 iPad 2 - 64GB (for all purchased apps that didn’t migrate to 64 bit [62 apps]), 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 1TB Cellular (Productivity behemoth) and the 2021 M1 iPad Pro 11 in - 256GB Cellular (which I bought from a neighbor for $400 who received it as a gift but was in dire need of immediate cash); added AppleCare Plus! Too good a deal to pass up!
