I own two. IPP 12.9 2018 256k and IPP 12.9 2021 256k
I considered giving the older one up but found that I use it often for games in the living room.

I own two myself a 12.9 256GB 5G M1 and a 11 128GB 5G M1. I recently bought my missus a 11 Pro 2020 128GB, and she has an old iPad Air I passed over to her years ago, and the latest 128GB iPad I got her for Christmas - so that’s 5 in the house.

Hehe. Now I do the same. If I want to play something, I take iPad Pro 2020. Why waiste battery of brand new 2021 which I want to have 5 years

I have the Ipad Air 3 and Air 4. Both excellent ipads that serve my needs, and compliment my Iphone SE2 and 12 mini perfectly to offset heavier media usage.
Just curious, did you see differences in everyday use between the two?

I think we have too many in the house at this point.
iPad Pro 11" 2021
iPad Air 2
iPad Pro 10.5
iPad Mini 4
iPad Mini 2

All of them are being used.

My lovely wife thinks I have one too many, and wants me to dump the mini.

What say you!
Is it consuming valuable space? Is it a drain on resources? Annoying/dangerous/inconvenient in any way? I'm sure she's got things that are hardly used that could be dumped... shoes probably!

Got 4:
Original iPad Mini (still in use for music, monitoring cameras), replaced last year by
iPad 7th Gen
My wifes' iPad Air 2 which I got her for her birthday 5 years ago has just been replaced with an
iPad 8th Gen 128GB - again, birthday present

All are mint condition (not a scratch or a ding), fully functional and used. Still love the original mini!

I have 3 lying around the house. The kids mostly use the older 2 and the new iPad Pro is my baby.

iPad Pro 11" 256GB (2021)
iPad Air 2 64GB (2014)
iPad 2 32GB (2011)

Do u use them both? šhy did you went for 11” M1 when there is no miniled and display is the same as 2020?|
Yes use both.

11 inch M1 2021 take with me most time for work and travel .
12'9 keep it home but end year will upgrade

I have two. The 2018 11” iPad Pro & the iPad mini 5. I use the 11” for drawing as well as photo & video editing. While at home it is also my main web surfing and media consumption device. I use the iPad mini when i want to travel light but still be creative while on the road. I am looking forward to getting the rumored iPad mini with the flat edged design of the pros. It is suppose to have slimmer bezels & a larger screen and will be able to work with the 2nd gen apple pencil. It would seem the 12.9” ipad pro would be a better compliment to the ipad mini... but i personally feel the 11” is a better tablet experience.

I recently got the 2020 iPad Pro 12.9, that’s my first iPad and I love it. Personally I don’t see the need for multiple iPads..well at least not yet.

I have one iPad, a 12.9 M1. I‘m interested in seeing how the new Mini’s will look. Might be useful to use a Mini for travel. But it’s not essential.

M1 iPad Pro 11
iPad mini 5
iPad Pro 11 2nd gen
iPad Pro 9.7

The 9.7 I use to run iPadOS betas

Zero. I've owned three and ended up selling them because they weren't used enough to justify owning it alongside a MacBook Pro. Maybe if I have money to waste one day I'll keep one around but I just don't really enjoy using tablets for much other than drawing.

Working:

iPad Air (OG)
iPad Air 3
iPad Pro 9.7 w/ cellular
iPad Pro M1 11” w/ cellular

not powered:
iPad 2
