I have an update:
After I restored my 5s, I set the phone up as new, only restoring my SMS with iBackupBot, installing my most needed apps manually, and restoring their data with iFunbox. Despite my initial impressions (I thought my battery life improved), my battery life is nearly identical to what it was before the restore. My settings:
• Background App Refresh is OFF for all apps
• Location services is on for Maps, Siri, Vine, Weather, and Find My iPhone.
- System Services: Traffic and Frequent Locations ON, all others are off. Improve Maps is also enabled.
• I have 9 apps enabled in Notification Center.
• Fetch New Data for my 3 mail accounts is set to OFF. All accounts have push disabled, and are set to Manual fetch.
As you can see, I'm turning off most of the features to conserve battery.
Last charge, I was surfing the web and probably watching some videos, and I avoided playing any games just so I could conserve battery and see how far my usage could go. Still got about 6 hours and a half hours of usage with a day of standby. I could almost count the percent dropping.
Do you guys think I should take a trip to the Apple store to see if I can get a replacement phone? I'm disappointed in this battery life. I hear of others getting 8-9 hours of usage with more features enabled than I. What do you guys think?

7 hours while playing a 3D intensive game all day? I'd be lucky to get 5-6 hours. The 10-hour battery life is for things like web surfing over LTE/Wi-Fi, or watching videos. Which I still can't even get...

Than it depends strictly from the use you do. For example, today i played all day with CSR, a racing game, my 5s did almost 7 hours of usage, so far from the +10 hrs i get with normal use. But i'm now thinking, may be that there are "lucky" batteries? I mean maybe you have to be lucky and get the battery that has been produced by the most reliable company (we all know that not only one company produce batteries for iphones)
